I left this topic a while back, but had to come back to respond to your post. I am not trying to justify or falsify Islam, but the reasoning you gave is completely false.

Thanks! 😆 Mind it, I'm not stating I agree with that logic, but it does make a valid and rational point, compared with what Ghina had put.

yeah . BTW just rechek ur post . perhaps it was a typo error on ur part when U wrote women less & men more. LOl it shud have been 4 hubby for 1 wife in that case-

I think its B coz men were less as they died in war etc & women more ; hence 4 women to one man . But now that the ratio is reversed wud religion permit 4 hubbys for 1 wife...

^ Why does religion have to permit it? In fact what does religion have to do with every topic. Can things not be looked at logically without bringing religions. Irrespective of what religions say, we have come to accept premarital sex, homosexuality, abortion, etc, so what does it matter if religion permits it or it does not.

i think i shouldnt have talked in this topic at first but because i did i wanna say that im a quite religious person and for me its comes first... maybe that's why i put it in that way.... i guess i better get out of this 😆

interesting. and i agree to her that would have been the general perception then. as people were not scientific and not educated. so i think this is a valid reason.
