well......we often hear that what one says when angry should be taken lightly thereafter cos it was just said in the heat of the moment

But should we take it lightly. Doesn't the words that come out during the time we are angry also come from our mouth only........so they must be there somewhere in our subconscious no?

So , what exactly do we conclude after a heated argument wherein many disturbing words are spoken by an otherwise kind person?

Btw- you can add your own tangents to the topic as well😊

both things happen...

u spk something which is in ur mind and somethings which u never even thought of. really !!
i agree some of those words are in the mind but we overlook them.
but when in anger, our desires is over our conscience and we say wht we dont believe in.
suppose u have sympathy for bald man but in anger u'll say 'oh bald man' but when out of anger u dont really mean it.
btw, we all shd try to control our anger, bcoz many times the relation like before is never re-made no matter how much u try to gain forgiveness.

Anger is a emotion all of us feel. Sometimes a person says somthing in anger which is already in his/her mind. No doubt about that...but sometimes person dosent mean those words which come out during the anger ..it all about control..the question is do u control the anger or your anger controls u ??
It also depends on how much u know the person personally. If u have spent time with that person or if u know that person then it become easy to imagine if he/she has said such things in heat ofthe moment or that person really meant it.

They originate from anger just anger..it happens e.g when mother scold her kid for something but later she feel guilty for scolding her child unnecissarily.

Anger is a good thing -- but only when kept under proper control. Without anger, you would become a stupid, completely personalityless person.

but she would n't say absolutely ridiculous things to her child even in anger would she ?

i mean sometimes we really hear ridiculous things from angry people........but generally when calm they might not be as rude or say as wrong things......so what to interpret out of those words?

after all they were there in their subconscious

She can if she is frustrated but yeah she wouldn't say anything horrible....but if she says then she'll feel guilty afterwards but if we dont know the person we normally feel ( which i feel somehow is right ) that whatever he/she has said in anger it is in their subconscious mind. we dont feel the same for our friends whom we know very well.

But yes there are sometime people who tries to b calm all the time but when they open their mouth they always say something ridiculous or horrible to other.U can always see their true colours when they get angry and they really mean what they say when they get angry.

anger is just the other bad side of you talking....if your good aspect overweighs your bad one then you will definitely not mean any of the words you blurted out in anger....my take!😉
