Trp is completely television based... kitne log tv pe airing time pe dekhte...I suppose start to end that is counted ...full form is Television Rating Point

Nowadays as OTT platforms are present trp makes no sense...saare star plus serials ka pata nahi kaise 1+ trp aata tho the serials are all toxic

Even the last season of BALH didn't have good TRP, I doubt this season would get much

Trp better fixed than falling...

Also what you said abt balh can be considered and not too..

Last season Nakul and Disha were there...but it's Shivangi and Harshad this time....so u never know
