2. Right partition hair in both pics.
3. He is indoor in both pics
4. No rings on fingers
5. Shirt collar button open

In both places he is Sr Insp Abhijeet no promotion 😛😛

Differences:
1. Coat
2. Full hand sleeves vs half sleeves
3. Color of shirt
4. Lesser hair in second pic ( Age does matters )
5. He is aiming straight in first pic and little up wards in second
6. Different guns, Gun in second is little longer than one in first.
7. Change in back ground...
