I was just giving an example....because even Maddam sir has a big online fan base and they ended it on a cliffhanger saying they will return....but now they are saying they won't

Nothing new.
Even Kyuki Saas bhi kabhi bahu thi season 1 ended in a cliffhanger and when they started season 2, then didn't even discuss the place where they had left season 1 hanging. Came with a completely new story
At least CID season 2 closed the lose ends of season 1
