Song help

So I noticed that they have different songs for both Manav and Sarabjeet, for Manav it’s Ranjha ve, but for Sarab, they play the song “Taariya ve” I believe those are the words please correct me if I’m wrong,but does anyone know what song it is? Is it a movie or album song, or is it sung by Aftab specially for Chotisardarni ? Also I don’t understand the meaning does anyone know what it means ?
