Shanta, I have loved Dev and Radhika's characters for a long time and so had to write something. Also maybe because I started watching CB1 only from 4th month onwards or maybe because Dev was too perfect in CB1, I somehow have more affinity for Dev and Radhika of CB2. Here I am talking about based on how they were shown in first five months. Somehow Dev and Radhika's story from CB1 was more like a fairy tale and here it was more realistic in some sense. Also probably Misti and I dissected these characters so much from the beginning that I interpret them the way that was done in Misti's thread which was based on thoughts of so many.

I felt the loss in CB2 from the time they diminished Dev for reasons I still cannot understand. The last episode was so bad that I had to make a VM to see the relationship that wasn't shown now for months except for few episodes here and there. Hence this effort.

So now I am x6 instead of y6? 😆

Misti, thanks. I was wondering if I did get scenes you were thinking about as everyone always has a different view point about lyrics. There was one more scene which I wanted to use but it had Padma and other people in it and I just wanted Dev and Radhika in it.

I thought of slap scene as soon as I heard the line "julm ki intaha ho gayi". I did think of slap scene for the second song too but I am trying not to repeat the scenes in VMs so that they don't end up looking same for all songs. I have repeated couple of scenes in "Dance of Joy" VM but I have tried to use different parts of those scenes as much as I could.

Here in this scene I was wishing that Dev's lines were longer. Because the three scenes I used for him from his POV were beautiful where I couldn't capture all the emotions that Avinash had as the lines in the song for the male character were so brief. Maybe there would be a song where I would be able to use longer part of those scenes. I particularly like the scene where he brings blood to his hand as he had shown very deep emotions. These episodes were bad and script was really bad, but Avinash's expressions made me feel compassion for him even in these scenes.

Misti, here is the VM for the first song "tumhari nazar kyon Khafa ho gayi" from the movie "Do kaliyan". I did get mad at Dev when I saw couple of episodes as I had to go to couple of episodes during the worst part of Barkha track. Also editing of those scenes is not smooth because Barkha is almost in every other frame for most of joint Dev and Radhika scenes. So it becomes a little choppy editing. Hope you like it.

Angie , i am watching CB 2 through your eyes ...This is very beautiful video which makes you cry ...you captures the scenes with lyrics very well ...CB2 has more powerful story with complexities , wish ,should have been serious , it would have become great success ...the way you are bringing the scemes forward , you look at those scenes with new eyes ...well done job Angie

Friends, here is my next upbeat VM from Radhika's perspective. After making a VM on Misti's song, I had to make it to show some justice for Radhika. It is titled "Radhika's Dance of Joy". It is depicted on the song "Aaj phir jeene ki tamana" from the movie "Guide". I thought of this song last year when they showed Radhika dancing with abandonment at finding out that Dev was her KK.

Angie , do not have any words to say , through your eyes , CB 2 also had some beautiful moments which were lost in artficial tracks ..loved your VM..

Angie, Absolutely loved your VM!! You have done such a great job of weaving apt scenes with the lyrics.Teri mera sapne VM almost brought tears to my eyes. Avinash and Rubina are brillant with their expressions- no wonder we are so mesmerized with them-and you have captured it beautifully. Also, makes you realize the story line had so much potential and should not have spiraled down so badly. Radev love story will always have a special place in my heart. VM also made me miss the spunkiness of Radhika post-R/K..she was made too Kanha-centric and saint-like. Bygones are bygones and thankful about several great episodes on which we can feast on!
I still need to watch your newer VMs.

angie ... fabulous vms ... the scene of rads dancing when she finds out that dev is KK is my favorite of rads from cb2 ... it shows rads personality coming through - rubina looks so lovely in that song - she has a delightful laugh

loved the vm with some of the parts of dev where he was obnoxious ... avinash did a great job with his expressions in these scenes ... glad that you used the scene where he hits his hand after the sindoor incident ... it was brilliantly done by avinash - though we were mad at him

another request for you, angie ... when i think of dev and his personality, the scene that comes to mind is the scene where he is sitting by the window after being told the truth by his dadaji, looking out, wondering abt his mother ... misti had written a beautiful poem on what he may have been thinking then ... if you can incorporate that scene into one of your videos, that would be awesome

some of the scenes right after that where dadaji was forcing him to change his mind, but he would not were also good ..

once again ... thanks for the beautiful vms

Agree with ami in her post above ... what i missed abt rads toward the end was that they made her too saint like and someone that even the Gods had to come after ... she had so much spunk and was not too one dimensional as she was made out to be towards the end

Angie ,as i am not very good at remembering the scenes , one is when Radhika is going to Rohan,s room decked up as bride and Dev tries to stop her , she was lifeless and the second one when rohan shoots at Dev and Radhika had horrified , shocked expressions on her face then turns in to stone and Rohan drags her like a rag doll ...In that scene she was brilliant with her expressions as if her soul is gone ...I know you are very good with your selection of songs and scenes ...
