Vishnugupt was a tall in stature and as lean as a greyhound His complexion was neither dark nor fair. His eyes were deep-set, nose was straight and large, cheeks were somewhat hollowed; the face would have been stern but for the humor that lurked about the mouth. Vishnu possessed a restless vitality, a wiry energy that gave him an effect of youth .He was most celebrated person of Matrix and a man of imperturbable temper . Vishnu was a man of immovable character too. He is also practical,clever and experienced when it comes to human relations. He knew each and every detail of a person starting from his body language,face expression ,based on that he will judge the other person's thought easily.

Same day

Vishnu's mobile rang .He took to answer.

"Hello Sir.This is Malayesh"

Malayesh- His ex employee then,now CEO of Sumeru Telecoms a rival company of Matrix.

Vishnu:"Hello..Malay.Tell me young man.How are you? Are you planning to join Matrix once again?

Malayesh:" Sir,you very well know that two swords cannot fit into a same case.

Vishnu:" Still you hate Chandra?"

Malayesh:" Yes I hate him. His very name and face irks me badly. I knew him as a junior in Matrix. The fellow who was just a an ordinary employee insulted me in front of others.I will not forget that MR. Vishnu.How you took his side when he insulted me.Helen was supposed to invest in Sumeru,but that vile Chandra managed her to pump her money in Matrix.How on the earth I shall forget that!(pauses) But It is not hate what I feel for him now at least. I pity you Vishnu Sir.Since I have eaten your salt, I am calling to warn you. Your Chandra is slowly drifting from your hands. Soon ,You may have to witness his marriage,if I am not wrong

Vishnu:" So What.. I will be the first person to be happy if he marries Helen.

Malayesh" I pity you, It is not Helen,but...Why..all these.You too know whom I referring here,It is Swasti!

Vishnu " Swasti.Don't spoil the girl's name by linking it with Chandra. She is his college friend .What makes you talk rubbish about Chandra and Swasti.Tell me Rascal ?.

Malayesh:" Rascal,it is very harsh word for a faithful employee

Vishnu " Oh is it !perhaps you don't know how harsh I can speak. Malay ! your face reminds me of Scrooge from Christmas Carol "

Malayesh: Let it be ,But I think myself as a Christmas ghost of the past . But Swasti is a Christmas ghost of Future. He chuckled to further irritate Vishnu.

Vishnu:" Baseless allegations Mr Malay.Get your information checked.

Malay:" Then why did he take her out for lunch last month"

Vishnu:" Chandra did take her to lunch,because she helped our company in bringing in some investors. The client wanted to meet informally before cracking the deal.So it was I who suggested to meet them in the hotel. They did not have a date out there. Damn it! Even Pramod,Ashok were there with them.

Malay:" Oh ..I see,that's why he made Swasti to present the meeting instead of Helen?

Vishnu:"Helen or Swasti,we are here to decide.You need not worry about that"

Malayesh:"Now it makes sense,So Swasti came to attend Dev's birthday. Did she meet clients in your grandson's party?

Vishnu:' So what,if that girl came. Did Chandra went and proposes her ?Common Malay grow up at least now.Why cant you mind your own business?

Malayesh : I am your well wisher. Why don't you understand it?

Vishnu :" Looks like Satan is quoting scriptures.

Malayesh : Satan is inevitable Mr Vishnu. Have you read Paradise Lost by Milton?

Vishnu" I am not interested in english literature. Anything else Mr Malayesh?I have some useful things to do than hear your rumblings.

Malayesh " Do you know that your beloved son in law helped paying bills for his employee.

Vishnu " Again,he did not buy her gifts. Chandra indeed helped her by paying for her father's operation. Before that he asked my suggestion. That girl's family was in a bad shape after share market crash.She did not have any helping hand. So he helped her .Is it wrong. ?Did he sleep with her Mr Malay? Helping in need means Chandra is feeling empathetic. "EMPATHY" . I know this word is Greek and Latin for you Malay.

Malay " Oh Empathy. Does he feel empathy only towards girls Mr Vishnu.?

Vishnu " No my boy, he also feels empathetic towards some desperate souls like you .That is why he is keen in overtaking Sumeru telecoms"

Malayesh " Not even in his dreams he can do that .So , even if he marries ... no problem for you ?

Vishnu " We need not worry about it.It is his life and his choice.Stop acting like a buffoon.Don't you have any decency to poke your nose into someone else life.What is your problem. Why should you care for me or him?

Malayesh "I feel bad for your grandson. How bad the boy's fate is going to be who knows?

Vishnu "Thank you for your concern. Myself Vishnugupt is there for my grandson. Tum fikar karna band karlo".Saying so he disconnected the call.

Vishnu knew Chandra loves his Late daughter more sincerely .

"Malay is jealous and spoiled brat.So what Chandra marries again. He has to move forward in his life. Chandra needs someone to take care of his needs . It is not a sin to remarry. I want him to see as a family.Someone who can help him emotionally and share his life. Bindu will also get a motherly love. He is need of a comfort of a mother which no nanny can provide."

Suddenly Vishnu's thought got changed.

Wait what if Bindu became another*Devrath of mahabharat.

Bindu is my daughter's son. What will happen to him ,if this chandra remarries. Its not whom he is going to marry,but what he will do to Bindu after that. Wont he support his other children born out of that marriage. Yes he ought to do that. What if those children come and claim Matrix and other property . These wealth were not earned by Chandra . All his car,bungalow are my hard earned money. I gave them as a wedding gift. Why should my property should be shared by his other children.
Oh My God! This is terrible.Now I understand the gravity of the situation.May be this is what that Malay tried to say .Now it makes sense.Prevention is better than cure.

Let me see how to protect my grandson's interest . Alright! I will pay a visit to my lawyer, I am going to make the Matrix in the name of my grandson and Chandra as his legal guardian. So,even if he is going to marry ,my grandson s interest will be safe .I cannot let any injustice happen to my grand son. I don t care who Chandra likes or hates. It will be a win win situation for me. More than that this property and matrix should be given to my Dev alone even if Chandra fathers other children through his 2nd marriage.

Vishnu called his lawyer Mr Goyal and asked him to meet in his office by evening.
