At Nandini's cubicle

When Nandini was almost sunk deep in her computer ,Ramu kaka came to her and told Chandra wants to see her.Nandini went inside the room after knocking the door. He gestured her to sit in the chair.Both of them were behaving like a perfect professionals and did not talk beyond what is needed.

Chandra "Nandini,Are you sure about this value?"

Nandini "yes ,Sir.This project needs to be dropped. Loss is inevitable"

When they were discussing Vishnugupt entered the room.Looks like he was there in room for some time and had heard the conversation

Vishnu"Young lady,Can I give you one suggestion"?

Nandini stood from her chair joined by Chandra

"Sit down,no need of this much respect for an old man.What I was talking,yes instead of dropping I think you can manipulate the redundant curve and see if it fits. I think it will fit. If that is the case ,net profit will be stable as before. "

Nandini"Yes Sir"

Vishnu " See my girl always you have to make correct choices. You are the future of the Matrix. If you make a mistake, my son have to face the loss.This old man wont forgive you if you make my son suffer"

Nandini " I am sorry"

Vishnu " Chillax girl. " Vishnu scanned Nandini and tried to weigh her present state of mind.Chandra started the talk to break the silence.

Chandra " Uncle,when did you come from London".

Vishnu " Yesterday morning".

Chandra" Oh I See.(pauses to look at her)Nandini you may go now"

Vishnu never spoke about Nandini or his views about her. He was a clever manipulating and shrewd person. But,somehow he did not know that Chandra and Nandini are already in love . For that matter no body knows anything. Chandra and Nandini hardly speak or even smile at each other in Matrix.Chandra was very careful about this.

At Nandini's house Srirangam Tiruchy

Padmanabhan was looking very much worried. More than his health problem it seems Srivatsan's love marriage had shaken their household terribly.Akhila was very dejected .

Akhila " Pakka umma kottan madri irundu yenna vellai panirukan paru

(He looked as though he was very innocent and good,see what he had done)

Padmanabhan " I am worried about Nandini. Her heart must have broken into pieces.We have to blame ourselves.It is us who instilled desire of marriage in her mind. "

Saraswathi" Thank your stars. Atleast he said before engagement .I am also worried for Nandini.

Akhila " Nandini,poor girl. Why lord is so harsh on her these days?

@Radhika's house Delhi

Nandini" Thank God. I thought he will be an antagonist for our story.Looks like God favored me.I was so relieved that he himself cleared my route .Just like in climax when everybody becomes good.

Radhika"I am happy for you Sweetie. Did Chandra propose marriage to you?

Nandini" Nothing of that sort happened".

Radhika " Does he message you anything romantic?"

Nandini " Well, he does messages me sometimes.But all are Swami Vivekananda's quotes. ".

Radhika "Nandini,don't trust these types of guys.You never know how they will react after they get married. At that time ,they will act and you cannot compete with them at all!Mark my words Sweetie".

Nandini blushed and chided "Radhika, stop I cannot speak further. "

Nandini phone began to announce that someone is calling her.It was Helen

Helen"Nandini, I need your help. I will be leaving for San Francisco in another couple of hours. I will send my driver .You have to collect the document from him and hand it over to Chandrasekhar .It is very urgent !

Nandini"Madam..how can I reach him in Sunday"

Helen" Don't worry..Chandra is in his residence only. I have informed him of your arrival.

She disconnected phone in a jiffy without waiting for her reply from Nandini.

Radhika"All the best Nandini. You are going to your future in law's house

Nandini "Radhika, today I have to go to Temple to as it is Ram Navami.Now what to do?"Nandini looked at her watch.

Radhika" you have ample time so that you can go and come within an hour. While coming you can visit Ramji "

Nandini"Ok, I will come by noon.Sorry I could not help you in making lunch."

Radhika "No problem I will make it leisurely as my husband will come only tomorrow morning. and Mrinalini has gone to her grandparent's place.

Nandini took her handbag and was waiting for Helen' car. The car came within 10 minutes or so. Nandini got inside the car and was quiet tensed.She was thinking"I don't know why my mind is so tensed today. Is it because I am going to see him? ."

Nandini was seeing the streets of Delhi while the car raced in full speed.In no time she reached Chandra's residence. Nandini got down from the car .Chandra's mansion had lots of people moving here and there.

Nandini thought "Looks like some celeberation is happening"

Morni was supervising some servants and was busily instructing them .Her grandson Bindu was playing in the grass along with Preethi's daughter.He was taken care by his nanny Kannika -woman of Moora's age. As soon as Bindu saw Nandini,he crawled to her and Nandini picked him up. Kanika called "Bindu" just then Morni noticed Nandini. She became over joyous upon seeing Nandini.

Morni"Beta,how are you?"

Nandini immediately fell on her legs.Morni blessed her and "Nandini,aj tum bahut sundar lag rahe ho! Chandra ne bulaya kya Ram lala ki pooja ke liye?

Nandini" No amma, Helen ma'am asked me to give some documents to sir"

By the time she completed,Chandra came outside the house." Nandini. Have you bought the documents.Did Helen gave it to you?"

He noticed that Nandini was looking more beautiful today. She was wearing a green saree . It accentuated her whitish skin color. Her whole appearance was glowing .Nandini's eyes was shinning with confidence and hope .Smile made her chin to look dimpled. For a moment, he was spell bound by Nandini's beauty. Though he cleverly hid his thought ,his mother Morni understood his mind.Nandini handed over the documents. Chandra gave a quick glance and "Very good.. All reports are perfect.. who did this?"

Nandini"Sir.. Madam and I prepared this report on friday"

Chandra"I know Helen.. She will not sit and do documentation. So It implies that you did this tedious typing job"

Nandini " yes sir"

Chandra "thanks... You may go.I will speak to Helen Later"

Morni did not like to send Nandini away .She wanted her to stay back for the pooja.
Morni "Nandini,tum aj pooja attend karkogi to muje acha hoga,kyun Chandra?"

Chandra was unable to give reply,by that time Preeti too joined .

Preeti" Ma, she will attend.Nandini,please come with me" Saying so she dragged her inside the house. Bindu was sticking to Nandini all these time.Chandra saw Nandini going inside the house. Though he wanted to speak to her,he did not do that. Instead he went inside to speak with Vishnu and others.

Preeti"Nandini ,every year we celebrate Ram navami in a grand manner. Our papa was a great bhakt of Ram. He started this tradition,which we continue every year in his memory.

Morni came and "Nandini beta please come and sit before Ram ji. I will come in few seconds".Bindu was bonding very well with Nandini .

Nandini "kutty what is your name?"

Bindu " de de"

Nandini" Say Nandini... Na-an- di-ni"

Bindu " Nandi ... Nandi"
Preeti " Bindu,you are so smart ,now itself you are trying to win Nandini's favor.

Nandini " Di,please stop teasing"

Morni saw this and she was relieved seeing Bindu's growing fondness for Nandini. Her relatives started to ask her in private.

Relative 1"Morni,who is this girl? Looks like she is a Madrasi ?"

Morni" She is Nandini .She works in Chandra's office".

Relative2" She is very beautiful and looks like Bindu loves her. Why don't you marry her to your son.They will make a good pair. Don't repeat past mistake of bringing a rich daughter in law. Dhara never gave any respect to your words."

Morni "ssh... I don't want to discuss about Dhara.It is not in good taste to speak bad about a deceased person.Let us forget those things."

Relative 3" Chod do!behno,Morni kyun tum uske mata pita se rishta lekar nahi ja rahi ho? Jat pat sab chod do. "

Morni" Chandra ko puchna hei na. Woh kuch nahi bolta.If Nandini becomes my daughter in law,I will go to Chitrakoot and submit a silk shawl on Tulsidas Swamy ashram.Mannat raki hei mene"

Relative 4 " Don't worry,looks like Chandra likes this girl .See how his eyes are fixed in her.

Morni looked at his son,who was seeing Nandini from far away place as he was speaking to guests.Chandra's attention was spoilt by his childhood friend Arjun.He came there with his wife Kripa.

Arjun made a cough " Hmmm, Looks like some five year plan is running in your mind.Am I right Chandra?

Chandra in hush voice"stop making fun. All are here ."

Arjun " when are you going to propose for marriage?"

Chandra " She knows that I have feelings for her. I hardly spoke about these things.

Arjun " Chandra, don't drag the time. By the way where is she.Wont you introduce her to me.

Chandra " that girl in the green saree is Nandini.I will introduce you to her later.Already I have Sujatha aunty. She will not rest until she fights with someone.I just pray that she should leave soon"

Sujatha ,wife of Vishnugupt was also present for the pooja. Sujatha hails from a very influential political family of Lucknow.She is a very proud and haughty lady .Sujatha is an illiterate and does not do any thing beyond fighting and calling people by names. Sujatha always ill treats people who are not rich and equal to her status.She does not like Chandra and his family very much. She wanted to marry Dhara to some political family of Ajmer. More than that she is envious of Chandra as he got the share of her husband's property.

Sujatha's eagle eyes fell on Nandini. A bitter taste was felt in her mouth on seeing Nandini getting more prominence in her late daughter's house. Seeing Bindu and Nandini bond it made her body boil in rage.

To vent off her anger ,she went near Nandini and started to speak.

Sujatha " So you are Nandini?"

Nandini "yes Ma'am. Aap"

Sujatha"Mein Dhara's amma"

Nandini fell in her legs out of respect.

Sujatha"leave it leave it"
Sujatha scanned her from top to bottom and asked " Tum jaise ladkiyon ko mein achi tarah janti hoon.Kya aukhad hei is ghar par kadm rakhne ko Paise ke liye kitne hat takh ja sakti ho Nandini.

Nandini got angry " Ma'am, mein samja nahi"

Sujatha"faltu baton chod do.Muje pata hein Chandra ke paison ke liye tum uske agay peeche ghumti hona.Kitna paisa chahiye.Tum jaise ladki ki aur kya vajah ho sakti hei"

Nandini eyes started to glisten" Ma'am, You have terribly mistaken me. Yes,I had to take loan from your son in law to save my father. Is saving one's father is a sin? Wont you do the same to save your father?

Sujatha"If you don't have money,why do you guys live? Cant you all die ?

Morni came and intervened"Samandan ji, Nandini is my guest,you cannot insult her in my house,I am quiet strict with that

Sujatha" Lo, if she is your guest then what I am to you"

Nandini " Amma leave it. Ma'am it is fruitless to speak with so called rich people. "

Sujatha" Dhamad ji come here and see yourself.Your staff is calling me names"

Chandra heard this commotion and "Auntyji,what is happening here?"

Sujatha" Hey Ram,look at this girl.She calls me names and asks me to mind my business.

Nandini" Madam,you are a perfect actress. Didn't you assault my reputation"

Chandra"Nandini ,this is how you speak before elders . Ask sorry for your harsh behavior".

Nandini" I did not do anything.you have mistaken me" MOrni too tried to take Nandini's side"Chandra ,Nandini did not do anything to ask pardon."

Preethi "Bhaiya,enough is enough.You are giving too much importance to this lady. Did you forget how she ill treats us often?

Sujatha"Ram ji, look at my plight. See Chandra,as my daughter passed away,my respect to got its funeral.Looks like no one loves me" She started to shed crocodile tears

Morni" Sambandan ji,yeh kya tarika hei"

Chandra" ma,stop this for God sake.?"

Morni" Why Beta cant you see she is twisting her stands?"

Vishnu heard this and began to speak to himself"That stupid lady!Let me call her."

Vishnu " Sujatha"

Sujatha looked at as though she did not do anything at all.

Vishnu"How dare you speak bad about my staff ?Stop meddling in Chandra's house affairs. What is your problem quick-static lady? Is it wrong to help some one in need ? "
Sujatha " Ok, Let me ask you one question? I accept he was ill at that time. Now ,isn't he recovered ? Cant he ask his daughter to repay the money?I know he will not do that ,They have a bigger plan to trap rich boy for their daughter"

Morni "Stop this,you are crossing your limits.I warn you"

Nandini " Ma,please leave don't fight for my sake before the guests. "
Turning to Sujatha" I am sorry madam if I had hurted you."

Sujatha nodded her head and was jubilant within her heart as she spoiled the mood of the festival.Morni's relatives started to speak among themselves about Sujatha's behavior.They all felt bad for Nandini.None had any courage to openly support her.

Chandra looked at her face. He got the notion that she had mistaken him terribly.
Without speaking any thing further Nandini gave Bindu a kiss and handed over to Morni.

Nandini" Amma,I think I have over stayed here.It is high time for me to leave.Thanks for everything."

Bindu started to cry" nandi nandi"

Morni was unable to stop her. Nandini went out without even turning back .Chandra did not expect this stand from Nandini. He saw Nandini going out in tears.

Nandini came out of the house and took an auto."Vasant vihar jana hei bhaiyya"
