Playback singer and Indian Idol judge Udit Narayan has been out of the singing scene for more than a year now with the problems in his married life making all the news. But fans can relax now as they will get to hear him sing in the much awaited Salman Khan starrer-Marigold, which will be releasing soon. The first song of the movie Kya Yahi Pyaar Hai has been sung by Udit Narayan
When we contacted Udit Narayan to know more, he said, "From Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak till Veer Zaara my career has been very good. It has only been in the last year and a half year that I have been lying low. It was not that I was out of work. I sung in Bunty Aur Babli, Kisna, Don, Vivaah, Krissh but the work was less as compared to other years. I have renewed myself now and my title song of Partner is a big hit. I have also sung a beautiful song in Marigold and I am sure it will be liked as it is a melodious romantic song."
on his decision to do less work, Udit says, "Everyone should go through lows and high. Bohot meetha kha kar bhi log tang ho jaate hain and they crave for some salty things. Also I am busy with Indian Idol".
Meanwhile, he is also busy producing a Bhojpuri movie with Amar Upadhyay and his wife Hetal Upadhyay.
Apart from Partner and Marigold, Udit will be heard singing in Taare Zameen Par, Mehbooba and Om Shanti Om.
