Man the suggestions smiley36

Users will go through the hassle of linking their phone numbers or filling up questionnaires when trying to join a gossip SM site. Itna serious nahi hai smiley36

No one should have the right to stop new accounts. Or have access to user's history. Privacy naam ki chiz suni hai? And uspe phone number bhi link karwaoge. Waah *slow claps*

Don't get me wrong, I'm not trashing IF. It's been my safe place to discuss all sorts of stuff for years. But purely from a generic user pov, not a step in the right direction if the site wants to maintain it's traffic. Delay the user experience by a couple of secs and the increase in bounce rate is gonna be exponential.

Coming to the whole 'balance' topic: I'm somewhat of a free speech enthusiast. Don't like a discussion? Not happy with the kind of opinions you are reading, feel like it's affecting your mental health? Shut the topic and move on. Everyone has rights to their opinion.

Pick and choose karke list bhi banegi kya?

Such kind of moderation is always a slippery slope.

Karte karte ye rule bhi aa jayega:

You have to declare your undying love for SRK or you can't be a part of this forum smiley36

Haan, if there's hate speech, xenophobia, personal remarks, religious remarks, so and so forth then report and block, wait for the mods to take an action.

My suggestions:

- If there are multiple reports against a post(5-10? ) , then maybe automatically put that post in a temporary vault untill the mods get the time to review it. Will take care of urgent cases I guess.

Same with the accounts

- The gap I see is when mods refuse to take an action without providing a valid reason. Imo, that needs more work coz often we've seen personal biases seep in.

So I guess there should be an option to contact mods or maybe when the mods are approving or denying the 'reports', there should be an option to give the reason as well and the person who raised this report req should get it in his PMs?

Rest, idk

Maybe stop bringing political or religious topics in this forum? Even indirect ones. And not just talking about the usual culprits, I've also seen a lot of purane chawal who crib about bullying, but are more than happy bringing in political references and topics as long as they like it and then indulge in ganging up on others as well.

What do I do? Newbird also had a hard time with my post, although they said they were tired.

English is my first language. I write in full sentences with proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation. Believe it or not, I even pay for Grammarly premium to do a tone check so it sounds friendly, approachable, and not critical.

And everyone keeps complaining they cannot understand me. Ghor kalyug. smiley18smiley28smiley19

I knew you were trouble when you walked in.

j/k. I see Taylor Swift song titles, I react. My favorite moderator is Wildest Dreams.
