Tanya and FOD are weirdest people I have come across, not personal experience but one was calling for assassination of Modi and another has a history of problematic behaviour, they are the reasons most have issues with MIDs, everyone else can be tolerated.

About the GIF issue, there's an option to report and you can report if someone is being mean/rude to you or anyone else but GIFs which are being posted for fun, shouldn't be banned

Thread made to discuss issues is also facing one of those issue.

What are you doing here with your rant on specific members?

If you have a problem with them, there are moderators,,, you can send them a pm.

You are a "newbie" and start with these negative posts? Wouldn't that be a reason to deactivate your account?

As to the whole discussion...somehow I side with Birdie. We cannot know if a "newbie" is a real one or a faked one new member...maybe assume but not know.

So, actually, I take every "newbie" as that, as a new member, but I would openly tell this member when I think, it had come to incite disputes and bad feelings as I did with the new member AbeliKali. I reported this member and then a moderator or Vijay can take the mesures they seem to be fitting. Every "newbie" should have the possibility to become a regular member, but there should also be the possibility to make a member know where it went wrong.

As an admin, my first goal would be to have a forum open to everybody but to watch/make watch the language used because the basis of a forum should be "agreeing to disagree" and not riling up other members. I would encourage members to keep it cool but if there really is an issue in the language departement (insulting, demeaning etc) to tell that one would report the member just for the language used.

We are human and of different characters and it will always be difficult to maintain a respecting ambiance, but I would not like to look at every "newbie" as a disruptive 'element'... and to be fair, I would not like to look at any member as a disruptive one...and if I start to think so, I would say it.

I've two phone numbers, one regular, one of a another handy for only receiving messages...so, I would only give a number one cannot misuse.

Just close the Indiaforum for one month.. Saara drama/maasla katham ho jayega. .. Everyone need one month detox from indiaforum... That's what I realized reading this long ass thread

My uninvited advice for everyone would be...Royally Ignore the negativity and focus on only positive things.... in Indiaforum or Real life.I know It's easier said than done. But it's the only way I could find this place as my happy place.Once the things start to get negatively affect me those things stops existing for me. All negative things become non-existent!..atleast in Indiaforum. Real life toh waise hi melodramatic hota hai, don't have patience for that in any other place!

Its just BWF, I dont see MID anywhere else on IF.

I wanted to write BWF but I was skeptical a bit to write that.. looking at the already existing heated environment here.. Imagine what if my comment gets misinterpreted by the people and I don't have patience for the explanations too at this hour.. So wrote indiaforum as a whole for safe side
