Shershah was the movie that Sid got on his own and asked KJo and Sid is also working with Rohit Shetty. You need to hustle and find your niche. You can't be dependent on one or 2 people.
SRK though a huge star did too much with YRF and Dharma, felt he missed on diverse roles because of that.
Even for Ranveer only SLB brings out the best and after Padmavat it is worse. You need to work with different genres and directors to learn and explore your craft.
I mean he is not a Manoj Bajpai or Tabu or Nawaz where they are exceptional actors and a good director brings an even more nuanced performance
