He lost his aura the moment he had his obsession with star kids who cannot act. His best work was with Srk. I think Srk is happy keeping a distance away from him. Srk Kajol mentioned during k3g that Karan would spend more time with Hrithik and Kareena.

Latter is understandable...Karan felt more as a senior to them and more as a junior to SRK and Kajol.
