On topic, yes Alia is better actor than Madhuri.

I'm talking about Salman. Not Amitabh, SRK or Aamir. You equated star power with acting, that's why I brought Salman. He's currently the biggest Superstar in Bollywood, not Amitabh. But in acting he's just average.

Madhuri was also average in acting even if she was a big Superstar.

That line wasn't written in the context that you said it, but in the context that this forum doubted her, same as the earlier paragraph context, that everyone doubted her. I completely disagree with u over here… Madhuri is not only a super star but she is an icon… and there is not even one movie of hers where she has been criticised for her acting…she always got performance oriented roles and she aced each one of them… yes in each movie of hers she was portrayed as glamorous but that dosent in any way take away her acting credentials…she has won 4 Filmfare awards till now… it won’t hv been possible without having acting chops…Alia ko pehle filmfare awards jeete ne do 4 baar Phir baat karna

If we talk abt female superstars, sridevi blows madhuri out of the water …in terms of stardom

She’s had more “performances” to her credit , had more range…got paid as much as amitabh at one point during late 80s and early 90s (khuda gawah time) , she was a pan india superstar with notable work in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi…working with top directors and actors in each language …did more “female centric” films …

Madhuris peak was tezaab to dtph…(half a decade)

Sridevis peak was himmatwala to khuda gawah (a whole decade and a bit, not counting that she was a huge star down south from the 70s itself)

If we look for female equivalents of amitabh, it is sridevi not madhuri…

Abhisheks 1st or even 2nd movie wasn’t Dharma cause they weren’t the Dharma we know today. They didn’t make movies at that Yearly rate

He did however get JP Dutta as his first director. An in year 2000 that was a big name

Abhishek got a movie w Dharmesh Dharshan post Raja Hindustani and Dhadkan.

Abhishek got a Sooraj Barjatya movie

Some of these directors are forgotten now but in early 2000s they were heavy hitters. An Abhishek got films with them without proving himself and then sucked with all of them. 😂

In his first 4 year, He had worked with jp dutta after border (biggest hit of that time) Sooraj bharjatiya, dharmesh darshan, yash raj films , ram gopal varma (naach, sarkaar) , mani ratnam who were the biggest names in the early 2000s…
He did a cameo in k3g too 😂
