Madhuri is overrated.

• Yes, she’s beautiful
• Yes, she has amazing onscreen presence
• Yes, she’s one of the best dancers in Bollywood
• No, she’s not the best actress in the world. In fact, her acting is average at best and suits melodramatic genres only.
  

The above doesn’t take away her stardom but every actor/actress has their limitations and there will always be someone who’s better. Such is life.

The whole country before Gangu released called Alia overrated shit actor with no talent and she was literally abused all over the internet for not even her fault😆, so if after Gangu she managed to change that to a certain level with many now praising her for her her performance in Gangu, so maybe she it is not all PR?

You seem hell bent on hyping every aspect of Alia. I mean this very forum, went on and on about Alia would be a disaster in Gangu, she looked like a kid in dress up and blah blah😆, still now when she is getting praise, you seem hell bent on making it like the priase is only from her fans and PR, and ignoring every neutral priase and somehow highlighting the comments not favoring her, and telling "see this is the truth, others are all PR and fans"😆.

At this point it is looking you just get triggered Alia getting praised😆. Not saying you hate Alia necessarily but you do seem to hate every priase about Alia and if it is an exaggerated priase from an overexcited person post watching Gangu, than that is being used as a hyperbole by you to prove your non-existent point😆.

On topic, yes Alia is better actor than Madhuri.

Honestly, they aren't even comparable. Acting in 40s meant something completely different. So I won't really compare Madhubala to Madhuri or Alia. Heck, I won't even compare Madhuri and Alia. Madhuri worked strictly in commercial projects and Alia works somewhere between commercial and the more artsy types. So Alia naturally has more opportunity to showcase her range. Not in 1000 yrs Alia can be better actress than Madhuri… pehle apne generation mein to better hoke dikhaaye… Priyanka alone can chew Alia for breakfast lunch and dinner where acting is concerned
