For some reason, I read this as LOG. As in you’re calling me a blessed fallen tree and I really felt like no word can better describe my position on the couch right now 😂

Having high metabolism is also a problem😭it is not a blessing for me at all😭

I’m sure there’s major issues with high metabolism as well but I’ll still trade my liver and take the chances 😅

Aw! Thank you so much for your kind and sweet words. I love you too! ❤️ India has such a major impact in our lives, especially Bollywood. Being born in Aus and yet learning a language completely foreign to mine shows how crazy we are.

Let me tell you a funny story. So Afghanistan has two national languages (Pashto and Dari/Farsi). Both are complete different languages. A friend of mine told me that when he came to Aus, he didn’t know a word of English and could only speak Pashto. At school, he met another fellow Afghan who also couldn’t speak English. He was so happy to meet his fellow countrymen in this foreign land. But the issue was, that the other Afghan guy only spoke Dari and couldn’t understand Pashto.

Now we have two Afghans unable to communicate with one another. So do you what they did? They spoke to each other in Hindi instead 🤣🤣

By the way, my family is originally from Pakistan side Punjab . Most of us migrated in 1942. Not too far away from Afganistan (Around 500Km from my ancestral hometown)Some of my relatives had lived in Peshawar too, and did know Pashto (they have passed away though).

Pretty sure our ancestors have crossed paths, we are same same but different 😉🤗❤️

We all feel like a log at some point now... Today even I've been a log🤣

I have very heavy breakfast, starting with a cup of tea, then dry fruits, then oats/cornflakes with milk, apple or any seasonal fruit (between 8-10 am)

Then lunch around 1-2 pm, sabji, roti, dal chawal (or something like that ) with salad

Then evening nashta (4-6) makhanas or something, sometimes fruits.

And light lunch, khichdi usually or something of rice. Sometimes pasta, pizza n all (homemade only)

Ideally very health-conscious food but I don't gain weight due to my fast metabolism (everyone be like she doesn't eat anything🤔)

FF, I like what you do. I used to do it earlier but then acidity ho jati hai if don't eat something in morning.

I'm like this since a couple of years. Since I started workout I eat like a pig and go thinning 🤣. Its kick of a different kind
