Warm water with lemon after waking up.
Green tea and some makhana (fox nuts).
Dry fruits (soaked overnight) and also the water in which they were soaked.
Fruits (apple or pomegranate or banana)
Dal roti sabzi rice, cucumber and chhach sometimes (buttermilk in English I think?) for lunch.
Milk in the evening with rusk/ biscuits.
Dal roti sabzi and chawal again in dinner.
Hajmola at the end of it all.
I think I eat a lot.
(Forgot to mention the occasional samosa/ idli sambhar/ potato chips at office.😰)
Mine is same routine everyday...boring..
7am: dry foods fruits
(Okay, so I was already sleeping and I remembered that I wrote 'dry foods' instead of 'dry fruits' here and it was bothering me too much, god! It was not a big deal that I had to come and edit it!😣 And why did I even remember this while sleeping, I have so many things to remember instead of this, uffff)
10am: Rice bowl (curry-pickles)
Some fruits like apples, pears or bananas in between
2pm: Anything like bread, omlette, pasta, rotis, parathas, or simple tea biscuits
7pm: Rice again
9pm: A glass of milk
Water anytime when I am in mood ...i.e. too little

I have the worst diet found in mankind. I skip breakfast because if I eat in the morning, then it’ll increase my appetite and I’ll end up munching on food the whole day. I then torture myself and watch Katrina Kaif dancing to Kamli. I put some hot chicks photo as my phone wallpaper so it’s the first thing I see and I set up my alarm to wake up extra early for a morning workout.
I then snooze my alarm every single day and repeat the above. 🙂
Junk food is extremely tempting! 😰
But horrible for health if eaten regularly.

I felt you were Afghani because I remember once you mentioned that long time ago. But then I thought may be I am confusing you with someone else. Nice to meet another Afghani here. There are many Afghani in US. Too much salt is also bad. My BIL has high blood pressure because he has been eating too much salty foods and aging himself. May be it’s not as bad as sugary foods but it’s still very bad. Everything is best in moderation. Also, you eating simple carbs is a form of sugar. Sugary food doesn’t just mean sweet tasting. So you don’t have sweet tooth in the form of eating sweet deserts or craving sweet but have craving of carbs especially simple carbs which are the worst. Carbs turns to sugar in the body and store as fat. I hope you are able to lower your intake of carbs and salty foods slowly.
