I remember in her first affidavit , it was pleaded that the transfer of case to CBI itself was against the legal structure . I remember so much discussion was going on here.

Now she gave some relief !!!

Ofcourse she doesn't want the case to go to Bihar court. Yaha maneshinde ke contacts police main BHI Hain, court ke judges se BHI Hain. The lawyer who can get a bail for Salman Khan and Dutt , he can go to any lengths to win the case.

It's so clear even to a layman that his family wants the case to go to CBI. It is Rhea , her lawyer , Mumbai Police and Maha govt who are creating hindrances . Any explanation to Mumbai Mayor 's statement that they would quarantine the CBI officials if it was done without their permission. Lol who is asking for their permission if SC decision overrides .

Jab Kuch galat Nahi Kiya to why so many attempts to evade CBI.

This jurisdiction thing is just to buy time. Case Kahi se BHI transfer ho, jayga to CBI ke pass. Bihar police is not doing anything now, they have passed the request to SC via Centre .

How is Rhea & her lawyer creating hindrances?

The Excerpt from their Affidivit clearly states that they're fine with a CBI Inquiry, even if its illegal. What they're not fine with is the FIR registered in Bihar when the Suicide/Murder happened in Mumbai. They're requesting for the FIR being transferred to the Mumbai Courts.

Maharashtra/Mumbai Police are certainly against the CBI Inquiry. For Maharashtra it is Political. Since 2018 many states have denied CBI Inquiries because they consider the organization tainted and run by the Center. For Mumbai Police its a matter of ego. The CBI probe will certainly bring out more incompetence of the Mumbai Police in this case, to the fore. Extremely shameful for the most celebrated Police Force in India.

Lots of confusion created in this case, trying to brand Rhea's Legal team + Maharashtra's Legal team + Mumbai Police's Legal team together. They're all separate entities. If they have any connection with each other, we'll find out after a proper investigation.

Why would someone who has "immense faith in God and in the judiciary" even be that adamant about transferring the FIR from Bihar (whose police themselves requested for CBI to take over unlike the Mumbai Police resistance) to Mumbai, citing technical grounds as reason? Or why would one delay ED summons using excuses like "because of covid" if one has done nothing wrong and if one wants justice for one's eternal love?

Ultimately, concrete proof is what will decide the judgement and exonerate one from charges if they're not guilty, so shouldn't thorough investigation be accepted with open arms?
