Yes it differs but also yes chats can easily be recreated on Photoshop by pros. So I don't generally look at whatsapp chat screenshots as proof unless I see it in a person's phone.

Why would someone who has "immense faith in God and in the judiciary" even be that adamant about transferring the FIR from Bihar (whose police themselves requested for CBI to take over unlike the Mumbai Police resistance) to Mumbai, citing technical grounds as reason? Or why would one delay ED summons using excuses like "because of covid" if one has done nothing wrong and if one wants justice for one's eternal love?

Ultimately, concrete proof is what will decide the judgement and exonerate one from charges if they're not guilty, so shouldn't thorough investigation be accepted with open arms?

Why would you go fight the case in Bihar, the epicenter of corruption in India whose own Chief Minister & Police Chief have declared you guilty without an ounce of proof of even murder? Where your opponent( the family) has extreme political and legal pull(IPS officers/SC Lawyers). Not to mention extreme hate from the people of Bihar. That would be extremely extremely foolish. She's much more likely to get a fair trial in Mumbai than Patna.

Asking for extensions is part of the process. To better prepare, get coached. You don't just walk in into an ED inquiry. Almost everyone does it. Nothing out of the ordinary.
