I think CBI will be given the go ahead tomorrow but the case will be with the Mumbai Courts. Just a hunch.

Where did u read that the family wants the case in Bihar courts ?

It's so clear even to a layman that his family wants the case to go to CBI. It is Rhea , her lawyer , Mumbai Police and Maha govt who are creating hindrances . Any explanation to Mumbai Mayor 's statement that they would quarantine the CBI officials if it was done without their permission. Lol who is asking for their permission if SC decision overrides .

Jab Kuch galat Nahi Kiya to why so many attempts to evade CBI.

This jurisdiction thing is just to buy time. Case Kahi se BHI transfer ho, jayga to CBI ke pass. Bihar police is not doing anything now, they have passed the request to SC via Centre .

What is her problem with Bihar courts?

The 74 years old father has to come to Mumbai everytime for hearings, but 27 years old damsel in distress can't go to Patna.

The ideal case for the family has clearly been CBI since the beginning. It's not about 'Patna', it's about 'not Mumbai', because their complaint on 26th of Feb before Sushant's demise had not been acted upon.

Wow. From these reports, it looks like Rhea's entire family was leeching off of Sushant.
