All of them go gyms, and usually all gym instructors outline a detailed diet plan for their clients according to their body type and body goals. So this is utter rubbish that we eat everything and whatever and still be fit and have a TONED body. You have to do specific exercises and specific food sometimes.

High metabolism rate is another factor but it can only help against weight gain and fat. It won't make your body toned and curvaceous like actresses.

Btw, I don’t think most diets work on people other than celebs and people who don’t have too much money and staff for them to provide all the diet on exact time. Most diets don’t work for 99% of humans except for those few who are determined to maintain it. And even those who do to lose weight, 75% of those gain weight back in the first year or so according to study. And I would assume that will be especially true for those who lost weight fast. Diets don’t work because most have unrealistic diets which they can’t keep all their lives nor they can eat the foods they don’t like just to lose weight. So it’s better to have a diet which will work realistically and one which you can maintain as a lifestyle and not just for few weeks or few months.

And the diets which Alia and such celebs maintain is extremely unhealthy. It loses the purpose of what it should be all about. But I guess it works for them as they aren’t doing it for health to have a fit body and mind but for beauty and money.

Exactly. I perfectly remember seeing a news article about how Deepika refused to have lunch when the ingredients required to make it were unavailable. So this a good example which clearly tells you how strictly they follow their diets and how specific they have to be while eating.

Fast weight loss definitely isn't permanent so it's advised to lose weight slowly and healthily instead of eating very less calories. 1200 calories is the recommended amount of the LOWEST women should go (1800 is the lowest for men.)

Every person has a TDEE (total daily energy expenditure which can be calculated online), which means the amount of calories you need to maintain your current weight. If you eat lesser than your TDEE amount, you'll lose weight. If you eat more than your TDEE amount, you'll gain weight. So people who want to maintain eat their TDEE amount or a few calories lesser than that. Dieting definitely is hard but everyone can do it if they are determined enough unless they have some hormone issue or disease like PCOS.

@bold Exactly and then they lie about eating everything. These people are so fake and such big liars. Alia has 5 cups of coffee for breakfast 🙄 and Jennifer Aniston followed the "Baby food" diet some time ago.

Uh... They call it cheat meal, they have those foods on their cheat days yane ki weekend mein. Har roz thode hi khaate hai?

I agree with you. Also, I think it’s not all about anything you eat as long as it fits the recommended calories to lose weight. I do think it’s WHAT you eat mostly because specific food do make it hard for you to lose weight. Same as some foods make it fast for you to lose weight. So even if you eat them under the calories which you need to lose weight, it will be hard to lose weight or who knows one may even gain weight.. That’s why some foods are also high metabolism foods. So IMO, other than the calories which one needs to calculate and take, it’s also the type of food which a person should to eat more and may be restrict few and replace those with best alternatives one can.
