Oh yeah I also know 2-3 people like that but they are a rarity. I don't think ALL the actresses have that kind of high metabolism.
Anyone would start gaining weight after a point if they kept eating junk food all the time.

For vanity purposes. India generally is a foodie nation and people frown upon the ones disrespecting food (by not eating it) so these ladies try to appease the mass by showing they are naturally gifted and that they do not disrespect food by staying deprived of it.

Haha you're right but it's the same everywhere, even in Hollywood actresses try to act like "Oh I'm not the typical salad eating fitness freak, I'm just like you normal girls!" Case in point, Jennifer Lawrence. It's basically them trying to fit in and relate to the masses when actually they must have a strict diet regime and exercise like crazy. Even the ones who are notoriously known for eating a lot (Like Priyanka) She works out like hell after eating. Weight is all about calories in, calories out. Even if you eat junk, if you burn it off with exercise you'd lose weight. But ofcourse it's not ideal to eat junk all the time because excess of carbs and sugar leads to fat storage in the body over time and bad skin etc etc.

I agree it being similar in the other countries too. I specifically said India coz its part of the culture to frown upon people who shun food. Like in India if you are at a gathering and if one person is not eating they don't leave it at that they actually frown upon them and auntyji's and uncleji's come up with bohot duble hogaye ho khate kyun nahi kuch..khana bhagwaan ka roop hota hain anadar nahi karte 😁

Lol which is another reason I can never understand how fans are so blind towards them and worship them. I can even understand tv celebs as even if they are still celebs and strangers, but at least most of them are real and better human beings. So I get about them if fans love them too much. I like them too personally. From BW celebs it seems only Emraan Hashmi, Imraan and other very rare few who are good. Everyone else are so grey and more on dark grey side.
