Highlights:

She spoke about how the organizers gave Soha the supporting actress for Rang De Basanti since she was stuck in traffic and couldn't reach on time. She was nominated for Metro.

She also spoke about how an award function had decided to give her the award for best negative role in Krishh 3 and asked her to come down from the US where she was doing her screenwriting course and when she didn't oblige, the award was given to Supriya Pathak for Ram Leela.

She spoke about how she was criticized for not accepting the award Deepika dedicated to her and said why would she accept someone else's award when she knew she wasn't getting it since she had decided to not turn up.

She also said that she used to be a part of these awards pre Queen and only decided to protest post the success of Queen because nobody cared about her or knew who she was during Metro or Queen,so she had to do substantial in order to make her voice heard and hence decided to snub awards only after Queen.

All three of them also talk about their weird experiences with award functions and Masand says that Sonam had once shared how the 'editor' of a magazine which organizes an award function had said that she would be getting critics award for Neerja while Alia would be getting popular to which Sonam argued that it should be the opposite since Neerja was a bigger success than Udta to which the editor laughed and said you know how it is...

and then Kangana talks about the same 'editor' and names him too and says that he was so mad at her for not attending the function for Queen that he still doesn't talk to her and the magazine has this hostility towards her and that's why the next year they didn't nominate her for Tanu Weds Manu.

Kangana also tells that the reason she likes National Award is because no one is forced to attend or dance in the award function and they would still hand over the award to the original winner irrespective of whether the winner is present or absent.

They also talk about the commercialization of these award functions, the weird categories,how these fashion and style awards are basically sponsored by brands, there's no food or water in award functions, there's lack of an united award or measure of excellence by the industry like the Oscars,etc.

It was an interesting podcast. Waiting for the calm before the storm to end soon and see guns blazing on twitter.😆

She won critics for a movie that made twice the money that Piku did and also where Piku received all Filmfare critics awards except for Best Actress. 😛

What the hell! Supriya definitely deserved it the most. I actually had to remind people that She is Hansa from Khichdi coz she was sooo sooo good as antagonist in the movie. I haven't seen Krissh3 but Supriya was too phenomenal to not be awarded for her performance.

Also, What is this Sabse bada sth award? Never heard of such awards. Why is she so bothered about it? All Lame small time award shows give it to those attending. Maybe they agreed to give her too given that she was attending. I remember her attending a style awards or sth last year where she won one coz well, she attended.

For someone who isn't really bothered about fake awards and is 1st in line to discredit them, Kangana sure remembers every Z list award she missed and cries about it 😆

It's kinda amusing yet sad at the same time how much she is desperate for approval and being included that she remembers and rants abt these awards no one even remembers... but read her "letters" to hrithik where she went on and on abt Deepika and her "intentions"

That is not a work of a normal mind I hope she gets the help she needs

Having said that, it would definitely make sense that having Kangana there for this stupid category (Best negative role lol) would attract more eyeballs than an established character artist like Supriya Pathak who is no 'star', and they would have wanted Kangana to be there than Supriya. And it doesn't make sense that Kangana would have had to spend 10 lakhs of her own expenses and miss her screenwriting classes to pick this sham in the name of an award.
