Grit .. she started shining after all breakup non-sense and few major flop films. It takes a bit of serious ambition and insight for someone to grow and better up so much.

A combination but break up with laadla triggered everything I believe. PR helped her to stardom and her hardwork led to some good roles.

For me and the original crazens, Om Shanti Om was a shining bright star entering. Became a huge fan after that film. I voted for beauty 😆 I think she is beautiful. After that, I was not happy with her film choices and her relationships. But Cocktail happened and she was back again but I knew she was going to be a big star. Loved her in love aaj kal as well

A combination of all.

She has a great screen presence and she somehow got a high profile debut which made sure she was an A Lister over night! Right choice of scripts and hardwork never go wrong.
She has got very clever PR. She connects to audiences especially women effortlessly.so yeah almost all of the above!

Ambition and hard work.

She is not a naturally talented actress, but she has become one through sheer work. You can literally see the transformation in a few films where she worked hard after rather terrible ones. She has worked on everything from fashion to dancing to fitness to become the whole heroine package and you can literally watch it unfold if you follow her career arc.

I voted for Talent.

But I believe it's combination of Talent + Beauty. Majority says.. DP started in 2013. Before that she was bad. May be to some extent yes, she was bad. But I liked her always. She always had that pull. Looked breathtaking and graceful as Shanti priya. Mein agar kahu - Hubby's fav. One of my friend went crazy when watched her in KCK, uff teri adaa. Even I liked her in KCK. So yeah.. an actor was always there. Gradually, she got more polished. Now she is shining in talent department.
