i think he should be thanking his stars that he is still in the industry. His record is horrible. Disasters after disasters. Usually with a track record like that people are thrown into 2nd or 3rd leading roles but this guy gets solo leads and leads in multi starrer.

He was too boyish in the beginning. No leading man quality.

He also had a massive SRK hangover.

Who likes wannabes? You gotta be original!

Shahid has many flops to his credit and just a handful of good performances.

Had he not been Pankaj Kapur's son he would be out by now. Nobody can get away with so many disasters.

He has improved a lot now and matured. Hope his career picks up again.

He has mostly been more hype, less substance. Haider and Kaminey were saving grace otherwise he would just be known as Bebo's ex BF and Pankaj Kapur's son only.

He makes faces while laughing like mouse is climbing on a long window.
He does not have star quality in him ..

He has done quite well for himself. Yes, he has done some rubbish films, but he has also done films like Jab We Met, Vivaah, Ishq Vishq, Kaminey and Haider, which were appreciated by people.

Even the film R...Rajkumar, which most people on here love to hate, was liked by a certain section of the audience.

In 12 years he has more duds n only a handful of good films

Ishk vishk

Haider

He himself says he regrets many films he did. Also his srk hangover n too much into dating. Plus a boring personality.

Hopefully he will choose better scripts

I can name off a few that really haven't made it big for comparison sake, but Shahid's filmography and popularity speaks for itself.
