Not really. Ranveer is more media friendly and is always in the news (primarily due to his antics) unlike Varun.

Ranveer is also a better actor than Varun and has shown more range. Right now Ranveer is bigger because he has been longer in the game than Varun.

Ranveer's range as an actor is better than varun .

varun is more bankable actor than ranveer thats it .

otherwise if you compare them in terms of talent and star material than ranveer is deffo ahead of varun IMO

Ranveer is viable neither commercially nor critically. The guy has given only 1 clean hit in his career. Ranbir will definitely bounce back & Varun is his true competition overall.

He has no personality except for a stereotypical college kid which he plays in his movies. Somehow I think that is just an act for promotion of his films

no stories, interesting interviews, clothing. He isn't very funny, scandulous. Nothing

everything is so safe its like he is groomed to be a superstar.

At least Ranveer and Ranbir have their own image and personality that comes through in their films.

yet to see him in many films where he has come out of the college kid roles he is type caste in.

Its like he has just been in SOTY sequels.
