Its always a discussion on Ash's hits and flops but the fact is hits and flops ratio never made any difference to her career or fame.

Its shocking to me how ill some people are informed about her career.

This is a part from the interview in 2000 (counts total 6 hits from 1999 to 2000) I saw someone mentioned here that Ash only had 3 hits in whole career, ha funny. She had 6 hits from 1999 to 2000 ALONE!

After so many hits, Mohabaatein, HDDCS, Taal, Josh, HDAPH and KK, people will expect lot from you, how do you plan to keep up the good work?
I take everyday as it comes, I don't plan out anything. Performance and growth, with experience, are what I've always been trying to focus on. Audiences react to artistes because they see us in films that are released one after the other. In fact, our movies are made almost simultaneously. We grow during the making of a film, from day to day. What one sees as an overall good performance is a cumulative effort of all the talents that come together in the making of a film.

I would say Aishwarya had a fantastic career thus far, she has grown as an actress and played some memorable roles, yes she have flops but that does all the actors so why pin point just her? its funny how people call her hits movies as flops when the fact is she did had more hits then 3! :P
