Do you guys think Aishwarya Rai is officially over?
I dont mean to sound superficial, but lets face it. This is the entertainment industry, you always have to look your best. Aishwarya, even though she looks great, has not really spent time toning down or getting into decent shape.
Look at Shilpa Shetty for god sakes, after having a baby she looks so amazing. Just saw her on Nach Baliye yday she looked so good.
Forget that, it seems Ash is completely disinterested in returning to Bollywood. Its kind of sad someone as her calibre will just..stay at home. She has achieved so much for herself and her iconic status is overwelming. People all over the world want her back, the demand on twitter is phenomenal and its a question asked every interview.
I was never a huge fan of her but I did appreciate all she did for Bollywood and I would also like to appreciate her growth as an actor too. Everyone was worried she would disappear after marraige but she was a trailblazer and made it happen. Giving some of her best on-screen performances after being married. Infact, ever since being married she was getting nominated every single year at the awards. Just when she was getting her due as a actor...boom shes out!
But what now?
Do you think she can reclaim the top spot she held on to proudly for so long? (talking about popularity here, acting was subjective? Even if she does come back...can she sustain?
Or has the rising of young stars like Deepika, Anushka, Parineeti, Sonakshi and the rest of them closed the door for Ash to return?
