Maybe thats what they ask him Aish😆😆...i don't think that SRK gets up in the morning and starts reciting his RAGS TO RICHES STORY...😆😆...They ask he tells...its simple...
I love the fact that he stresses so much on education...that is the advantage of being well read and educated...otherwise most of the angootha chhap actors of BW would never even utter the word EDUCATION😆

Enough of giving starring roles to people who'll screw you or are your kids.
Considering he came in from the outside he could really be a voice (or could have been a voice) for making Bollywood more of a meritocracy and a mature industry that takes pride in making a product that is respected by the world.

I've realized he's all talk. He has so many great ideas...speaks at length about how many changes he wants to bring, how he wants the industry to improve, what his ideas for future are blah blah blah...yet he doesn't act on it...well except for VFX.

Ideally he should have done what you wrote. But he himself also brought in star kids only with his co-production SOTY.

How many new or different people he works with? How many outsiders he works with?

Even among filmmakers, he preferred industry guys like Rohit Shetty, Farah Khan over the outsider Raju Hirani.

Only among actresses he worked with outsiders like Anushka and Deepika.

I've rarely seen him bringing in new talent from pool of outsiders. He didn't come from a film family, but sorry to say he himself seems to be focusing more on building a family/network in the industry by doing favours for friends he makes.
