Fabulous Week One
"Rowdy Rathore" has completed
1st week on high with total
collections in excess of 78 cr nett.
Film has done humongous
business in single screens and it
is doing decent business in
multiplexes.
Film now stands on a very crucial
juncture as tomorrow some big
films hitting cinemas. Emraan
Hashmi starrer "Shanghai" will
attract good crowds in
multiplexes, Hollywood release
"Prosthemus" will be huge in 3D,
urban multiplexes and in single
screens in down south and
animated flick "Madgascar 3" will
big among kids and family
audience. "Rowdy Rathore" will
have to score above average in
order to cross "Agneepath" in
order to emerge as top film of
2012.

Rowdy
Rathore
has turned out to be one of
the biggest money spinners
of the year 2012. Besides
good weekend collection, the
action thriller movie has done
very well at the Box Office in
the weekdays too. But now,
the trade analysts feel that
another most anticipated
movie Shanghai, which is
releasing today, might slow
down the pace of the film at
the collection centres.
Shanghai is a political thriller
movie, which has been
directed by Oye Lucky! Lucky
Oye! fame Dibakar Banerjee.
The film features popular
stars like Abhay Deol, Emraan
Hashmi and Kalki Koechlin in
the leads. It has been in news
ever since it hit the floor and
that too for all good reason.
The makers of Shanghai have
had extensive promotional
activities for the film. Its
promo trailers and posters
have created a lot of curiosity
among the movie buffs.
Moreover, the music of the
film, which has been
composed by Vishal-Shekhar,
has already become very
popular. Especially, the song
'Bharat Mata Ki Jai' has
become the favourite of the
music lovers.
However, previous week's
release Rowdy Rathore has
already collected more than
Rs 80 crore nett at the Box
Office in India. It is all set to
score century this weekend.
But now, Akshay-Sonakshi
starrer is facing a big threat
from Shanghai, which has all
the potential to stop its
roaring. It should be seen
whether Emraan-Abhay
starrer will really slow the
pace of Rowdy Rathore at the
Box Office.

in my personal opinion "rowdy rathore" is garbage film..came back after watching 20 mins of movie..i didn;t liked it at all
