vivek was wrong bk thn, he admits so himself, and he's changed from tht...the things he went thru after the incident made him grow up n realise his mistake... bt if evn after so many yrs ppl r stil outcasting him y put the blame on salman? cos its nt like salman has personally gone up2 these ppl and sed "don't work with vivek" or "don't cast vivek in ur movie" or "don't do an item song in vivek's movie?" ...

farah khan on teere mere beech mein evn sed tht salman has neva sed anything 2 her abt nt being friends with vivek n tht or put up an alternative like "ur either my m8 or viveks" n the sme thing with srk fight 2... neither of thm hav stopped their m8s 4rm being friends with each other... the onli person i recall he sed shudnt work with vivek was katrina n evn tht i dnt knw if its tru

its sad tht this is happening 2 vivek after al these yrs, bt u cnt blame salman 4 it...its the ppl tht choose 2 use tht mess as an excuse 2 outcast vivek... it makes salman luk bad n vivek luk innocent, wen the truth is tht salman's gt nothing 2 do with vivek's outcasting... sumtyms i wonder hw much truth is in these articles, m sure if u wer 2 ask zarine y she sed no she wud hav sum other reason bt salman-vivek's fight... bt i guess media jus wanna drag salman in2 it sum way or the other so thts y wen ne1 thts a close friend of salman refuses 2 work with vivek, they say "its al cos of salman"...hav they eva stopped n thrt tht these actresses may hav other reasons behind der refusal...??

spot on he doesn't...and i dnt think evn VO cares wt salman thinks of him nw, bt its media tht hav 2 dig up these ancient fights 2 create gossip n make salman luk bad... i mean if u read these articles ur 1st thought is poor vivek...mean salman, wen in reality salman has nothing 2 do with the choices these actresses make with their movies, he's sed it time and time agen, tht @ the beginning of zarine...sneha and kats careers he's always jus given advice n guided thm... i.e. kat was unsure of whether or nt 2 do a movie with john after he had gt her replaced bt it was salman tht sed "get over it n work...ur doing the movie cos of the script and cos ur on good terms with the producer, who cares who ur doing the movie opposite with?" n she did it n it was a hit.

yh but u see thts exactly my point, thts an assumption tht evry1s jumped 2, wen in reality the truth may truly b dif...it may wel be the simply fact tht zarine didnt wna b typecasted...and i see ur point that even if the truth behind her refusal was salman, she wudn't openly admit it, but say if it wasn't, people wud still assume it is and think bad abt salman and feel bad 4 vivek...m sure vivek n salman arent evn bothered abt who refuses wt item no. in their movies😕

What he did was silly at the time but come on! Why hold grudges after so many years. It's quite unhealthy! Anyway, the industry wale are a bunch of crap heads. I don't see why they still treat Vivek like an outcast. Do that to Shiney Ahuja, for God's sake.

At least he admitted that success went to his head. He was getting a bit too big for his boots but I kinda feel sorry for him. Salman is fine, Ash is fine...he himself is nowhere.

The problem with that whole Vivek Oberoi fiasco is according to me as follows:

1) Vivek was on cloud 9 professionally and personally. since his debut of company and wide fan following from his films till Saathiya he was starting to get cocky about his stardom. At an awards function when fans screamed for him he looked too pleased with himself. Personally, he in his mind HAD Aishwarya - she's enough to turn any man loopy. So that added to his cockines.

2) Vivek himself and through his support from those behind the scenes genuinely believed by doing the PC he would be supported by BW. He believed this because he genuinely thought he was at that point a bigger star than Salman and so would instantly gain favour of directors/producers etc.

3) He made it too personal and involved the names of many people who instantly refuted him (Diya, Rani etc) so his story fell down straight away.

4) Vivek after failing so epicly went on an apologising spree leaving no stone unturned to make Salman raazi. Dude, you either have an issue or you don't. You DO NOT make a public outcry about something then say sorry sorry my fault. Totally devalued what little cause he did have.

5) After that everything he did seemed like a way of gaining the publics favour. Even if he was doing things like his charity work it seemed staged.

Now, he is and was a talented actor and I particularly enjoyed watching Saathiya. But the dude messed it up for himself.

Had he talked with Salman Khan directly this issue would never have been so disastrous for him.

Vivek is an amazing actor. But what I used to hate about him is that he's attitude, he used to think that he was the best and he was stuck up whenever I used to see he's interviews. Those are one of things why I wasn't he's fan

but it's sad to see him like this
