That sheila ki jawani with beyonce's single ladies dance was a riot with my american friends! They loved the song...I know my anthropology professor is a huge BW fan and plays BW music while teaching...it's awesome b/c I'm the only brown girl in that section!

when the story is more important the item numbers or the actors in it. i use to love bollywood movies but nto soo much now since every movie is a remake.sequel or a copy these days n they try to put as much as hollywood possible in the movie which actually kills bollywood in my opnion even the actors/actress i use to like disappoint me big time.

me n my friend gave our his teacher cd of 36 china town to play n he did for the whole period n we even watched mujhse dosti karoge like part of it in the class. the song rock ur body annoyed my classmates since it repeats the phrase a lot n as for movie they were happy that they didn't had to do any work. 😆

I agree but just hated the hype surrounding the song. I would not mind if the movie was good, but just trying to draw audiences for one item song was very bad marketing!!

Lol..90s make me cringe..Baazigar, raja hindustani, vijaypath, the innumerous govinda, karisma and david dhawan movies are too over the top for me. the dance movements were also cheesy. The 60s, 70s and early 80s rocked. give me that kind of cinema any day!

OMG!! That's so awesome...I remember when we watched My Name is Anthony Gonslaves the Big B song in Linguistics...ppl couldn't stop laughing at the choreographer!!!
