Yea, i am a HUGE fan of Shahid. (Proud of it too!😉)...and i might not be a huge fan of I and R but i like Imran and Ranbir too....But me being a fan of Shahid has nothing to do with me not liking Kareena...I have never really liked Kareena and i have became a fan of Shahid since Ishq Vishk...so i don't see a change in the way i look at these two even after their hook up and break up and all that drama. No difference. I didn't like her that much before and i don't like that that much now.

And plus, all those actors had a huge fan following when they started...the only difference is that the internet have become more popular and it gives fans a opportunity to express there "fan-ness" more...haha!

Oh and ...what jealously yaar?...yea we love our stars very much but that does not mean we get jealous when they are dating someone or anything like that. Yea we make comments about it but that does not mean we are jealous. We know where we stand and we know where they stand. Its just that We love the star, their acting, their looks, their personality etc...but we aren't jealous of them. Just because we say..."Awww. He is so good looking," does not mean we think we have a chance with him. Get real yaar. How can someone be jealous of something that they love and adore as a person?...From my side, i think its impossible.

Oh and um...One thing i love about the "younger crowd" is that we can connect with them. Minus the fame and acting skills....we can actually some what relate to them, not totally but some what. (:

I can talk about this as a SRK fan...I don't think it's about the fans at all...I think every fanbase goes through bashing-the-significant-other phase...

Till recently, Gauri was quite despised. And I can vouch for the fact that mostly it wasn't because of her clothes or makeup but absolutely due to the fact that she was SRK's wife. We fans didnt ever leave a chance to mock her...obviously coz we figured that SRK deserved someone better and all that stuff.

But honestly, I think time manages to make a celebrity's fan a lot more understanding. I can truthfully tell you that today I hardly come across any SRK fans that have a problem with Gauri. If they do, its geniunely based on constructive criticism. The fact is that we have come to love and understand SRK so much along so many yaers...that now we are able to accept his choices without any reluctance.

So I really think it's about time...every fresh new star has his other half bashing phase.

Simple reason. They are bored and immature losers who have nothing else better to do.

I agree with Riya. If anyone does happen to go on SO.net, quite frankly, the fans want Shahid to be happy with whoever he chooses - they don't care who that is. A few of us on the forum, like me, Riya, and Pari are diehard Shanks fans, and that's whether they get together or not - we love them as an onscreen couple. The remaining fans don't care who Shahid's dating - they're more fed up with the endless linkup stories. In terms of their opinion on Kareena, Kareena bashing, or any bashing for that matter, is simply not allowed. I won't deny that a large portion of the fans are not fond of Kareena, but they are not allowed to say anything remotely derogatory about her or make snide comments.

What I find embarrassing is people on forums like IF seem to categorize all Shahid fans as being annoying or overrunning all topics with Shahid. I'm sure he was not this popular on these forums three years ago, but he is now...so why bring down his popularity? I'm confused when I read things like this because it's not like every Shahid fan is trying to rule this forum or trying to force others into liking him. I think most of the Shahid fans here are genuine enough to admit whether they are serious fans or whether they love him for eye candy, so no need to murder us for liking someone so easy on the eyes!

It's so disgusting and very cheap of ranbir fans to bash deepika like that. Poor Deepika, I hope she NEVER visits a ranbir website, that'll broke her heart. Or maybe she already been to a ranbir site and that's why she became even more skinny than she was before...LOL

I think they'll be happy to hear that ranbir broken up with deepika. But the sad news is that Ranbir said he's serious about his relationship with deepika.

And about the star wives.... Suzanne Roshan is my favorite star wife ever. I just love that woman...hehehe

in pinkvilla everyone bashes everyone 😆 it's the place to vent your frustration! 😆 i have no idea about youtube. imran's forum is the only place i go to and nobody says anything...now there can be 2 reasons- it is moderated and imran visits the site. so fans behave. but the imran fans i know personally (incl me) LOVE Avantika 😃

Tpam: amu your internet explanation is very true. as far as i know when aamir and salman debuted people went NUTSSSSS over them. i am sure they hurled abuses at Reena and Salman's then GF Sangeeta Bijlani and Somy Ali. I for one did not like Reena one bit neither did any of my friends who liked Aamir 😆 (I was 8 at that time) we just couldn't believe he was married to her! 😆 I am sure if I had internet access I would have acted like one of those wife haters until some good old "grown up" came and bashed me blue for being a crazy fanatic!!!! ahahahahaha!!

well i never really scene any fans bash Deepiak or Avantika...niether the married men wifes and girlfriend....and im pretty sure they have fans still...!
