being able to keep the level that the kids have set...(cant resist mentioning RoSal...but also can't ignore the superb acting by Vinnat...n the cute moments by the mitron ki toli n saubhagawati)...the task is herculean...

we really dont want the show to falll...coz it is the story of Bharat ka veer putr-Maharana Pratap...the man of steel with ultimate love for his motherland...the jewel that our indian history is blessed with...he deserves all the respect and fame...we can not let the show n the story fall out...but then again, the current actors have set the bar in the sky...it is going to be so very difficult to attain it by the new actors...i just hope they are good enough to do justice to these roles...

just that - there is so much story left to be told...they need someone capable to be to handle all aspects of pratap post leap - his emotional side, his leadership skills, his struggles, his breakdowns, his rising up from ashes...and a perfect foil as Ajabdeh too - who motivates, supports, guides him and loves him through and through in all of it...even if they cant match up to Faisal and roshni...atleast they can bring their own flavour - but for that too...they need good actors...with the right looks for the character...I hope PH understands that

the leap might be of 8 years coz 10 years after PrAja got married, Jalal will move to Ajmer to siege Chittor and within a year he takes over Chittor..so CVs will first let the actors connect with the audience and wont jump to Jalal conquering Chittor very easily!

another point is Sony is coming up with a new channel soon.. so i guess they are just waiting for its launch and we might see grown up MP on the new channel..what do you all think?
