A woman's modesty

No one has the right to intrude on a woman's modesty irrespective of whether she is bad or not. Rape is the worst crime against a woman. A woman's bad needs are to be punished but rape and physical abuse are crimes which cannot be digested at all.

Maya has done bad deeds but that does not mean Samay can rape or physically abuse her and get away with it. Who is he to choose this sort of crime to take revenge on a pregnant woman?

The episodes of the last two days showed that this Samay is a lecherous guy and unfit to be called a human being. Right from the day he made his entry to the show I had a feeling that he would turn completely negative. His non innocent looks and creepy body language were enough indicators.

He is even worse than Ashwin, the worst character of the show and deserves a punishment worse than death.

Without getting very emotional about it, may I ask this question?
1. If a man & woman stage a rape drama & put another man behind bars, what kind of response one expects from the man to his co-conspirator?
2. If that woman sets-up him to ruin another woman's life, by way of marriage, how does one expect the man to respect his co-conspirator's marital status?
3. If the woman is ready to 'put' a price for her modesty for closing out a business deal, then will the man look for 'buying' her modesty every time, as long as they are ready to do business with each other?

I agree 100% with the sentiments expressed & no arguments on that!
But my questions apply to a very specific case, where one man alone does not share the burden of blame! Let us leave that!
I really did not understand one thing in last two days telecast! What was Maya's expectations when she went into meeting with Samay & what did she end up achieving there?
If she is not going to gain anything out of this meeting, why did she go there?
She could have asked Samay to jump from the terrace & attended his funeral next day!

Samay dint want to rape maya or else he wouldn't call arjun. Samay is only expecting from maya what she promised to give. She has been using his lust to fulfill her criminal motives and now that the criminal motives are fullfilled samay has realised maya has been just using him and won't come to him. This is his way of gaining control over maya to get what he wants.

the two psychos were at mind games trying to wrest control one upon another! It got a bit physical but this is beyhadh!

Should there be a concept of a 'man's modesty' too? Why not? When there should be equality between rights of men and women, then there should be equality between their punishments too.
