@krystal Ayaan was wrong in pushing Maya around, agreed. But he did not violate her feminity. When they were on the sofa, he wasn't on top of her, there was sufficient distance between them. Even when Maya fell down, he still wasn't on top of her right away. He was holding her leg and resisting falling on her. About tearing the clothes, the 2nd time around it happened by accident. He was trying to catch hold of her arm when she moved violently and the sleeve tore. And in the flashback, it looks like the first time too, the sleeve caught into something and tore.
There is proof for Saanjh's statements for us as viewers. The key wasn't there the 2nd time around when Maya crossed her hands across her chest. When Maya accused him of rape, the expression on Ayaan's face was like rape was the last thing on his mind. That shock was genuine.
When u look at Maya and Ayaan's interaction at the start near Arjun's bedroom and otherwise also, she's constantly instigating him-'samajhdaar dikhte ho, ho nahi' 'achcha hua tumhara Bhai tumhe chod ke chala gaya' 'chaabi kahaan hai nai bataaungi' 'mar jaaoongi lekin chaabi nahi doongi'. Ayaan was already furious at Maya's actions(based on what Arjun told him). And Maya instigated him some more. He shouldn't have pushed her around. That was definitely wrong. But Maya taking advantage of being a woman, is even more wrong. It's a shame for so many rape victims across the world.
Also, no rape victim will strip in public like that to prove her point. Till yesterday, she wasn't allowing a doctor to touch her, now that the ball is in Saanjh's court she proved that she can go to any extent to prove her lie as the truth. Which again confirms that she is lying. Her stripping again is a slap on feminity and the many rape victims in the world.
