Saanjh's version was not just literal, we got to see the glimpse of that scene. If that scene was also not true, then don't you think the entire assault scene could also be not true?

The 'assault scene' shown to us was a neutral and basic one; to be added to or snipped at by the characters. The 'Maya shoving keys inside her blouse' bit was Saanjh's addition; likewise, Maya may tweak that scene to cxome up with her version.

But, the scenes that we saw on TV on that day were of incidents that undoubtedly 'happened'. Because those scenes weren't portrayed from the POV of any single character.

Basically what you are saying is that a criminal woman has the right to "use" her feminity to further her criminal cause...N I m dead against it...

I m a hard core feminist, n your view is totally against the concept of feminism.

Anyways, I've said what I wanted to...I rest my case.

Have a good day 😃

Bold: You wouldn't be making this statement if you had correctly understood what I was trying to say. 😆

A criminal woman doesn't have the 'right' to do anything, nobody is claiming so. But if she does, even then no decent man can violate her femininity to get what he wants.

There's a reason why male police officers are not allowed to handle female criminals.

You need a better grasp of what 'feminism' actually is. 😆

Ayan's actions would be justified if there were no alternatives available to him. But there were.

Neutral one?? Did we know where the key was when we were actually watcwhing that scene? Many expected the key was in her hand. And few expected it was in her dress. So where was the key exactly? When Ayaan came to see his brother, the key was on the table.. When Maya came there to stop him the key disappeared??.. The key went off flying?

Well, was not planning to return here, but my grasp of feminism is "equality of genders"...N if I propagate for that, how can I propagate for special concessions to be given to female criminals on grounds of their feminity...
Male police officers are not allowed to check females...Coz they do it in an organized manner where female police officers are arranged for...

Bye for sure now...😆

arjun will beg for forgiveness but no one will forgive him.

maya's next plan will be to use samay against saanjh to keep her away from arjun.she will make samay to marry saanjh by giving him false promises

arjun will know the truth about samay but no one will believe this time

so just like ayan she wil be destroying the life of saanjh

I really don't want to Sanjh to loose...
And why is Arjun lying?

And oh wait, since cctv footages are still not revealed, we don't even know what really happened. If yesterday's flashbacks were false, maybe the sleeve stripping were done by maya herself. Lol.

I have one question
When Sanjh revealed in the court that the CCTV cameras are not only present in her home but also the court
So can't the judge ask about the footage...
So it will revealed that Ayan was actually trying to grab the keys...

@krystal Ayaan was wrong in pushing Maya around, agreed. But he did not violate her feminity. When they were on the sofa, he wasn't on top of her, there was sufficient distance between them. Even when Maya fell down, he still wasn't on top of her right away. He was holding her leg and resisting falling on her. About tearing the clothes, the 2nd time around it happened by accident. He was trying to catch hold of her arm when she moved violently and the sleeve tore. And in the flashback, it looks like the first time too, the sleeve caught into something and tore.
There is proof for Saanjh's statements for us as viewers. The key wasn't there the 2nd time around when Maya crossed her hands across her chest. When Maya accused him of rape, the expression on Ayaan's face was like rape was the last thing on his mind. That shock was genuine.

When u look at Maya and Ayaan's interaction at the start near Arjun's bedroom and otherwise also, she's constantly instigating him-'samajhdaar dikhte ho, ho nahi' 'achcha hua tumhara Bhai tumhe chod ke chala gaya' 'chaabi kahaan hai nai bataaungi' 'mar jaaoongi lekin chaabi nahi doongi'. Ayaan was already furious at Maya's actions(based on what Arjun told him). And Maya instigated him some more. He shouldn't have pushed her around. That was definitely wrong. But Maya taking advantage of being a woman, is even more wrong. It's a shame for so many rape victims across the world.

Also, no rape victim will strip in public like that to prove her point. Till yesterday, she wasn't allowing a doctor to touch her, now that the ball is in Saanjh's court she proved that she can go to any extent to prove her lie as the truth. Which again confirms that she is lying. Her stripping again is a slap on feminity and the many rape victims in the world.

You yourself answered your question. Why do you think female police officers are arranged for compulsorily when male personnel can do the job just as fine? Because the 'modesty' bit is involved.

And no, 'feminism' is not such a straightforward thing, it is a nuanced concept. 'Equality between the genders' cannot be absolute within a system where the societal power structure is hopelessly skewed in favour of one gender.

Don't take it personally, but you need to do some reading up on Feminism and its sub-types.

Apologies for butting in.

Krystal, that's a good point you made just now. He did have a couple of alternatives that he could have made. Exactly the same way, Maya too had a few alternatives she could have made. The most easiest and plausible one was to just call the cops up once she realised that Ayaan isn't budging when she said that Arjun isn't at home.

I'm not sure if my argument is going to make sense to you. If it does, all good. If it doesn't, I'll try not to explain it further.

What Saanjh said about the key being hidden in Maya's chest might be very well true; and this could be Maya's set up. Everybody agrees with it so far.

But that being said, why was Maya shuddering while having flashbacks of Ayan assaulting her? When Arjun was hugging her, she remembered Ayan's manhandling and seemed troubled. That again messes things up.

About the 'tearing' bit, I don't think it was unintentional. Ayan did say that 'tum chaabi jahan chahe rakho, main nikal lunga'. There were alternatives available to Ayan for retrieving the keys; calling the cops was one of them.
