I have a bit to point out about the promo. Not sure if in the episode, it'll go exactly like the promo but if it does Maya's saying, 'main dekhati hoon tumhein sach aur jhoot ka nagapan, maya hoon main'. The first half of the sentence, got it. She's trying to prove her truth as the real truth. Okay, understood. The second half, in that context, in that scenario, in that moment, why did she have to assert on her name like it's a fact? Add to that her inorganic graph of emotions ever since Friday's episode. Maya hoon main is basically saying either of the two following things :

- I am Maya Mehrotra and there's no way I'm lying about this.

- I am Maya Mehrotra and you can't fathom the things I am capable of. (I'm inclined towards this for obvious reasons that you already know)

About the Maya Mehrotra vs Maya Arjun Sharma, I think Maya Arjun Sharma (the non manipulative & geniune one that I found her to be at few instances) lasted only till as long as she was in Sharma house. Ghar badal gaya toh surname bhi badal gaya. 😆
