...If Maya was a male, hypothetically speaking, would u still saythat ?

No, because Ayan being a straight male would never harbour sexual intent towards another man. Also, the 'outraging modesty' bit wouldn't come into play there.

When a murder takes place for defence, or for defence of a loved one, accidently, it's not termed "murder" then...It's self defence...
Intent or motive is of prime importance...If Saanjh can prove it, n if Maya herself will admit that it was her intent to frame Ayan for attempt to rape, then Ayan will be freed...Imo...Coz that proves that Ayan was only manhandlingto a criminal...Man or woman didn't matter...When we support feminism, such cases of asking for concessions for a guilty woman is against the very concept of feminism...Why do we ask for equality of genders then????
Do you think that action of hers was just to safegaurd the key? Then nothing wrong in you believing Maya is innocent. I think otherwise and we differ in our opinions and there is no point of discussion. Yes it was Saanjh's version that was told by Ayaan to her, may not be true. Saanjh's version was not just literal, we got to see the glimpse of that scene. If that scene was also not true, then don't you think the entire assault scene could also be not true?Originally posted by: krystal_watz
Obviously because she thought that the key would be safe there. 😆We don't know the full truth yet. Maybe Saanjh's version was true, maybe its not. But if what Saanjh said at all turns out to be true, then Ayan needs to be booked for outraging the modesty of a woman.

We've to look into the alternatives Ayan had to manhandling Maya. He had quite a few in this case.
