Obviously because she thought that the key would be safe there. 😆

We don't know the full truth yet. Maybe Saanjh's version was true, maybe its not. But if what Saanjh said at all turns out to be true, then Ayan needs to be booked for outraging the modesty of a woman.

Maya is a crackhead. But Ayan should've known better.

...If Maya was a male, hypothetically speaking, would u still saythat ?

No, because Ayan being a straight male would never harbour sexual intent towards another man.

Also, the 'outraging modesty' bit wouldn't come into play there.

When a murder takes place for defence, or for defence of a loved one, accidently, it's not termed "murder" then...It's self defence...
Intent or motive is of prime importance...

If Saanjh can prove it, n if Maya herself will admit that it was her intent to frame Ayan for attempt to rape, then Ayan will be freed...Imo...Coz that proves that Ayan was only manhandling a criminal...Man or woman didn't matter...

When we support feminism, such cases of asking for concessions for a guilty woman is against the very concept of feminism...Why do we ask for equality of genders then????

Saanjh spoke the truth - the woman who fakes pregnancy & attempts to to run over 2 people, drugs and ties up a human being as per her wishes is giri hui enough.

Maya should be thankful Saanjh is not like other defence lawyers who would sling mud at her character without giving it a second thought. I don't support that at all. It's one of the reasons as to why REAL rape victims are uncomfortable & terrified to fight a court case. But that's how it is, unfortunately. Saanjh is pretty much putting forth the points which are true.

But if it can be proven here that there was no sexual intent, what then?

We've to look into the alternatives Ayan had to manhandling Maya. He had quite a few in this case.

Do you think that action of hers was just to safegaurd the key? Then nothing wrong in you believing Maya is innocent. I think otherwise and we differ in our opinions and there is no point of discussion. Yes it was Saanjh's version that was told by Ayaan to her, may not be true. Saanjh's version was not just literal, we got to see the glimpse of that scene. If that scene was also not true, then don't you think the entire assault scene could also be not true?

That's entirely a matter of opinion...

Basically what you are saying is that a criminal woman has the right to "use" her feminity to further her criminal cause...N I m dead against it...

I m a hard core feminist, n your view is totally against the concept of feminism.

Anyways, I've said what I wanted to...I rest my case.

Have a good day 😃
