First of all I salute you for being so courageous to share the details about your life.I know that what you had to go through cannot be undone but I hope that you won't stop being happy and optimistic. You have an entire life ahead of yourself and you will find happiness and security for sure. And remember one thing. You are NOT mad.Neither you nor your parents. You just have a lot of emotional baggage to deal with.
Not only in India but in many places all over the world, the word 'depression' and 'therapy' is a taboo. And it's a sad reality that even some educated people choose to believe that. The society doesn't waste a single moment before deeming such a person to be a 'mad' person. And that's why such people find it tough to opt for counselling even if it's a method to heal them. They are afraid because people will call them 'mad','mental' and what not. They choose to suffer silently and bear the mental and emotional carnage.I have seen a somewhat similar case in which one of my cousins had slipped into depression because of her failed marriage. Moreover when she was married, her husbands and in laws used to taunt her on a regular basis. They made her feel worthless.Though she got out of that marriage, she could not get her peace of mind. She knows that she needs therapy and counselling but she is afraid to do so.Now coming back to Beyhadh and Saanjh's actions,I have mixed feelings about it.She is going overboard with her detectivegiri. There was no need for her to pry into Maya's medical files and even if she found out that Maya is suffering from depression, she shouldn't have told Arjun about it.I call that interference in someone's personal life. It's Maya's problem and Maya's decision to tell Arjun. At some point she has to stop meddling in Maya and Arjun's life. But at the same time I do not think that Saanjh has formed an opinion about Maya based on her depression issues. She has not termed Maya to be 'mental' or 'crazy'.Or atleast we haven't got any voiceover about that. She found our this information about Maya and decided to tell it to Arjun.I don't see her judging Maya on the basis of her depression.Though I admit that it was wrong on her part to tell it to Arjun. If she had found out something then she should have spoken to Maya first.

Can u pls tell me what made u conclude that Saanjh doesnt want Arjun to marry Maya because Maya suffers from depression? Has that episode been aired? I don't think so, if it has been aired kindly post the YouTube link. I would like to see for myself.

Then what other reason does Saanjh have to go digging into Maya's bag? 😆
Deep inside she doesn't want the wedding to happen, which is why she is clearly looking for reasons to stall the wedding and make Arjun change his mind

Oh, I see. So u went into Saanjh's head to know what she is thinking. Waah!! Truly commendable! Her going into Mayas bag means she wants them to be separated and she's looking for reasons? Waah again! 😃

Then what's the justification for her to check Maya's bag?
If you're trying to protect your friend, doesn't mean that you should cross your limits and forget that it's his fiance now... what other hidden reason could there possibly be if not a reason to stop the wedding. Saanjh clearly thought that telling Arjun about Maya's medical condition would make him change his mind, which is why she brought it up in the first place ;) and that's also why she is digging up Maya's past, to give Arjun a reason to stop the wedding...

Not everything needs to be spelt out or spoon-fed to the audience. It is possible to imply certain things from a character's actions. Saanjh clearly thinks that Maya having depression is a major issue with regards to the wedding, or else why would she pursue the matter relentlessly?
