More than misusing her position, Saanjh has misused the company's name to get the information about Maya. she said it is a legal issue. Did Maya tell her to these things? Is she paying her for these things? If I was in her place I would have confronted her, abused her & told her to get lost.

As for Arjun, it is not difficult for her to convince Arjun the reason why she had to terminate Saanjh.

Exactly. Her life completely revolves around Arjun. She took the job just for him, brought the company into disrepute by threatening to sue the insurance company, wastes office hours for digging up very private information about her boss.

For all the talk about moving on, clearly she has not.

Technically Maya/Fashion and the City could take Saanjh to court for bringing the company into disrepute, by providing false reasons to the insurance company and the doctor.
