Can u pls tell me what made u conclude that Saanjh doesnt want Arjun to marry Maya because Maya suffers from depression? Has that episode been aired? I don't think so, if it has been aired kindly post the YouTube link. I would like to see for myself.

Deep inside she doesn't want the wedding to happen, which is why she is clearly looking for reasons to stall the wedding and make Arjun change his mind

Oh, I see. So u went into Saanjh's head to know what she is thinking. Waah!! Truly commendable! Her going into Mayas bag means she wants them to be separated and she's looking for reasons? Waah again! 😃

Then what's the justification for her to check Maya's bag?
If you're trying to protect your friend, doesn't mean that you should cross your limits and forget that it's his fiance now... what other hidden reason could there possibly be if not a reason to stop the wedding. Saanjh clearly thought that telling Arjun about Maya's medical condition would make him change his mind, which is why she brought it up in the first place ;) and that's also why she is digging up Maya's past, to give Arjun a reason to stop the wedding...

Not everything needs to be spelt out or spoon-fed to the audience. It is possible to imply certain things from a character's actions. Saanjh clearly thinks that Maya having depression is a major issue with regards to the wedding, or else why would she pursue the matter relentlessly?

Maya's medical insurance rejected 3 times, Maya's behaviour is NOT Normal: U want me to give u more recent examples for that? Then here: No normal person sets fire to the office floor to 'test' someone's love. No normal person would transfer all the shares of their company to someone, even someone as close as their fiance. Maya did not think once about Arjun's reputation. All she is doing is making sure she and her mom are safeguarded from Ashwin. She's making Arjun a puppet, literally who in the future is not going to think on his own. His actions, his thoughts will be Maya's.

Coming back to the point, u want to believe that Saanjh 'dug' into Mayas bag then go ahead. Buy I will give it the benefit of doubt and wait until tonight. And even if Saanjh has dug into Mayas bag then given the circumstances I see no wrong in it. Its necessary for her to reach the truth.

Maya has done worse than that by getting her forcefully sacked.

If ur trying to protect ur love, doesn't mean u can dominate over someone's life and choices. There were huge debates and ul argued why that was not unethical, then how come u calling Saanjh unethical now?
