chapter 7

zain's POV
...next morning...
i woke up in the moring by the thunder of my red alarm clock.i open my eyes halfly and stop the alrm with my touch it was 8:30...i just sat up hurriedly.i don't know when i fell asleep last night remembering about aliya and i don't know when my sleep took place of my sad and broken thoughts.
"oh no office k lye late ho gya"i said hiding my face in my palms.
i got ready.don't know what's going around me my mind was just playing the memories of one person and that was ALIYA...
"Good moorning mom"i said settling my self on breakfast table.
"Good morning zain"mom said.
"kia bat hai bhayyu aap thek to hain na???aaj ap itni dair tak soty rahy"barkat said doughting on me by seening my face.
"han beta tum theek to ho na"said mom.
"ya mom...m fine.just little head ache.nothing else"i said sounding normally..
"Ok bhayyu aap plz mjhy college chor den gy...wesy bhi aap late to ho gay hn."said barkat...and i just nod in yes.

the whole day passed like that i try to busy my mind in work so other thoughts leave me but nothing worked...so i keep working late at night.mom call me several time to ask about my returning but every time i said i will come late...i finished my work and return my home late at night i went straight to my room.and go for change.when i come back mom was there in my room.
"mom...aap abhi tak jaag ri hn" i said in amusement.
"han"she said.
"par q???aap to 11 bjy so jati hn na"i asked.
"so jati hun par aj kuch zaroori kam tha is lye jaagna para"she said sternly looking at me.
"konsa kam"i said.
"apny bety sy bht zaroori bat krni thi"she said.
"mujh sy"i said pointing my finger at me.
"han or kis sy.hazar bar phone bhi kia pr tumhara kaam h k khatam hony ka nam hi ni ly raha tha."she said.
"m sorry mom.bataye kia bat h"i said apologically.
"zain...wo...bat daraasal ye h k..."she stopped.i was eager to listen.
"choro tum thak gay hogy na.subah bat karen gy"she said.and trying to stand.when i hold her both hands.make her sit and smile for the first time a day.
"mom ap ny itni dair mera wait kia h to ab bataen kia bat h"i said.
"ok beta...bat thori important h"she said seriously.
"yes mom...what is it"i asked confused.
"beta aaj main or tmhary dad ghulam sahab k ghar gay thy."she start.
"ooh ghulam haider.the builder???"i asked.
"hmmm"she just nodded.
"to...asal m ham wahan dinner k lye nhn balky kisi or kam k lye bhi gay thy."she said.
"konsa kam mom"i asked.
"zain...tmhary dad k ghulam sahab sy bht achy taluqaat hn.salon sy janty hn aik dusry ko.to usman sahab chahty hn k yeh dosti rishtydari m badal jay"she said looking at me.
"u mean..."i understand what she mean.
"han zain...hamen un ki beti bht pasand ai h ayesha...ayesha ghulam haider"she said happily.
my heart missed a beat.i was not came out from the previous shock that i got one more
"mom but...u should ask me first"i almost whisper.
"zain jo bhi faisla hoga tmhari marzi sy hi hoga.ham ny abhi sirf bat ki h kuch..."she was about to continue when i said standing...
"i m not ready mom...main abhi shadi nhn karna chahta"i said breking from inside.
"par zain...zain tum apni studies complete kr chuky ho.apny dad ka buisness join kr chuky ho.now what more u wanted???it's time u shuold marry now...yeh hi umar hoti h shadi ki..ab bas bohat guazr li tum ny apni azaad zindagi...ab rishty m bandhny ka waqt aa gaya h."she trying to make me understand.
"mom wo sab theek h.but i don't want to marry her...and will not."i just informed her.
"what rubbish zain...what do u mean u will not???tum aik bar us sy mil to lo agar tab bhi tmhn pasand na ai to main tmhn force nhn karun gi"she said.
"mom jab mjhy shadi nhn karni to kiun jhooti ummeden dilaun kisi ko???"i shouted.
"kiun nhn karni shadi...zain it's not fare.ham un sy bat kar chuky hn.ab tum aesy bina kisi reason k reject nhn kar sakty...kia sochen gy wo log."she is panicked.
"mom plzzz"i said closing my eyes.
"zain...plzz just meet her one time...just one time...phir tm jo kaho gy mjhy manzoor hoga."she ask me pleading.
i can't argue with her any more.nor tell him the reason why i don't want to marry...that i loved the girl who is going to be someone else but i m still waiting for her...not leaving my hope...obviously if she knows she definately think i m mad...so i did'nt found any other option other than agreeing.
"ok mom...ap kehti hn to main us sy mil lun ga.lekin sirf aik bar"i said accepting defaet.
"and plz apny dad ko reason bhi bata dena k tum us farishta sifat larki ko kiun thukra ry ho"mom said angrily.and leave.

tadaaa...now u all know your pasta queen was that nice lady...and your handsome zain was that absent groom.
what will happen next...will they meet...how they will react...exited na???me too.

i was tired but i said that i will update today so i did...bcuz if i did'nt so that was waada khilaafi...😆
