I think the father of the baby did not have time or knowledge to get the discharge papers for the
Baby first. That is understandable because he is in panic mode. The nurse and other admin authorities
Could have educated him and told him nicely to get the papers while they are attending to the child.
This is definitely possible instead of throwing the rules book on the poor guy who is in panic mode.
This is called service. They could have gone that one extra mile for an emergency. They could
Definitely fit it in their regimen. Hospital authorities were not exactly wrong. But could be nice.
Anandi got away with her lecture because she is Collector's wife. That part of A was fine.
Special circumstances need special effort.
The next part was the oe I have problem with. Expediting her permission for hospital records after
Specifically lecturing about power.in fact she should have also advised the father about procedures
Regarding discharge. Authorities can get into problems not following procedures.

well..sheets in this case i would say...even if she had to use the collector's wife tag...she should have used it as it was for saving a child's life...and she wants to get to the depth of her dear husband's case...any loving wife would want to do that & couldn't have waited for 2 - 3 days...i would rather say she is quite spirited n aggressive in achieving her goals...kind of go getter. 😊.

My POV is comparing Drs and IAS officers is like comparing apples and oranges...both are professional jobs...both have responsibilities. ...both can do a huge amount for the public...BUT their jobs differ thats all. There are as someone mentioned good and bad in both fields of expertise
I have already commented on the 1st issue but where I actually differ in view from most is not how long it took to get permission to see the records or who made it easier but HOW Anandi could ...regardless of who she is ...get access to those records.
if it is that easy to access them imagine the ease with which one can bribe the staff to falsify records or destroy them.
You need to produce documentation and a valid reason to the hospital and it is only the head of administration along with the chief MO after considering the validity of the request who can give or deny the application.
Once again the cvs make a mockery of the system...maybe it is only a serial...but I personally dislike misrepresentation given to viewers.
Not to mention that Anandi should not have been asking in the first place...if after she told Shiv out of concern for him and HE wanted to get to the truth...I could have understood that.
