If they misuse it to make changes in postmortem reports and if they want VIP patients should get preference instead of poor patients etc. then it is wrong.
anandi is asking for records and they can still refuse and anandi wont punish them for it.

I disagree tinoo. When someone uses privilege position to bring sense into others, it is welcome.

I have far more respect for technocrats and doctors than IAS officers.Especially doctors who save lives and whose slightest mistake will make them target of irate patients.
And technical education is far more difficult.

Sorry but i feel it's very wrong to say IAS are now low compared to technical students
I feel every job has it's own brightness and toughnessIt's not easy to deal with human body like doctors do and needs lots of experience and excellent ability to handle them as it concerns someone's life but it's not even easy to become IASIn our country most of the ministers (not PMs but under them) are uneducated or not well experienced in every field and so when ever they have to make any policy and thing it's those IAS officers who help them get everything organised and planned...they need to have knowledge of every field as IAS offcier can be transfered in any department...it's not easy to take decisions for whole city and make sure majority satisfaction is involved...plus for those who think cracking IAS exams are no big deal should know that according to some researches IAS exams held by Indian Govt. are second most toughest class one service officers exams in whole world...first come China i think...so let's not put down one job to make others look better...every job is difficult and people who are experienced in it are best for it
