@Khajju: Okay its simple what u need to do is just duplicate the image and then just blur its with motion radial and now what u need to do is to use big round rubber and rub it from the middle and u will get ur desired effect

Its all game of blur and erasing hope it helps u

Okay in this siggy u need to again use blur but this time motion not radial blur and abt tranparent text u need to change the layer type like I use difference to get such effect

you just have to typle [CENTER] Link of Avi/Signature [/ CENTER]
