Should "Megastar" King Khan stop dancing at weddings at 60?

Second hand embarrassment and I don't even like the guy. This must be tough to watch for Aryan & Suhana. The man is allegedly a billionaire, can barely move, looks like a relic....expecting 20 year old girls to go GaGa over him is delusional to put it nicely. Sunny, Ranbir, Ajay, Hrithik, Aamir, Prabhas etc have spoken about how embarrassing it is to perform at weddings and below their dignity. Today we get to see what actually goes on at the Billionaire weddings. Its one thing if you're Rihanna, Diljit....a musician but an actor. Can Aryan make him stop?

Bollywood actors are glorified dancers in a sense. He is upfront about dancing at weddings for money. Ranbir thinks he is too good to do that but then does crap like Animal. Here the girl was rude to SRK. Tried to insult him, even tapped him on his shoulder, but he dealt with it well. Maybe it's embarassing for somebody to be doing these gigs at that age but when it brings in that kind of money the kids probably don't complain. Met Gala debacle was way worse.

Waise Suhana kaunsa Criterion mein dikh rahi hai that she'd be ashamed of him. Went to NYU or wherever only to comeback and get her face redone like an onlyfans model. If she gets any attention it's because of him and his popularity.

So, Money over Dignity?

The recently surfaced videos of these actors are pretty embarrassing to be honest. Shahrukh, Govinda, Ranveer, Rahul Roy etc. I totally get why Aamir, Ajay, Ranbir, Sunny, Vicky and others have categorically shunned this way of making money. It's a personal choice sure, but this is in no way dignified in my opinion especially when you market yourself as the biggest and the richest star.

The only reason I brought up Suhana/Aryan was because it would be hard for any child to see their parent making a fool of themselves. Have an inkling that this might be the last time Shahrukh performs at a wedding.

I dont understand why this is termed as below dignity. May be my sense of dignity doesn’t have the same def as yours. For SRK this might be an emotional thing that keeps him grounded and humble that this is what made him the unmatched superstar that he is today - connecting with public directly.

I agree today’s brides or grooms don’t share the same emotion as their parents which is why in both videos the girls seem to be insulting him or getting embarrassed. But in both cases may be it was their parents’ dream to hire SRK for their daughters’ weddings. People gotta value the emotions over this act than measuring this against traditional ideas of respect and dignity. Also, while I agree that the girl in the first vid might be trying to insult SRK over the one thing he can be insulted for, I dont think tapping in the shoulder, for this generation, is considered disrespectful. Glad to see this gen treating everyone equally instead of deciding that ‘age’ or ‘superstardom’ automatically translates into them ‘deserving extra respect’ than the rest. She did what she’d probably do to her cousin or husband as well.

SRK isn't only an actor but also an entertainer, so, yes, as an entertainer, it also belongs to his paid jobs to dance (which he still does in a not-so-bad way). Apart from that, yes, at 60 year old, one still can dance his 'heart' out and that he does, also when not get paid or on stage (he still loves dancing, Hindi film music or Western one)...

No the first video is Vimal owners daughter wedding and second video is cropped. He was dancing with the groom n asking the groom to follow his steps not the bride. Somebody's PR is working overtime

Hope Aryan isn't like other nepos like Ranbir or Sunny who think dancing at wedding is below it dignity. Hope he is like his father who earns money honestly

There's other parties you can dance at. Birthdays, anniversary, sweet 16s, etc
