This is it! You set the ball rolling right with the first few lines, setting pace for the rest of the fic..
Though you haven't revealed much about their past or their marriage, those few lines pretty much summed it up.. It wasn't perhaps a bed of roses, or a happily ever after, as much as they wanted it to be..
And also, the banner says it all.. Zaalim duniya pyaar ki dushman.. I'm seriously on the edge of my seat waiting for you to reveal more about how and why, was their marriage and later cursed.. Perhaps it's got something to do with Arjunwa's family, I guess..
Anyway, I shall wait for you to reveal more there..
And of course.. the pehli mulaakat! Sautan, kitna tadpaaogi.. Main ab gaana gaaungi.. 'tadap tadap ke iss dil se aah nikalti rahi..'

And the first thing that came to my mind is - was his accident accidental, or was it pre-planned to keep him away from Sakshi, while she was being framed?
Andd.. His brother is dead.. Maybe Sakshi and him weren't on good terms.. And hence all evidence points towards her?
But God no! My heart really went out to her.. As if being framed and landing in prison wasn't painful enough, her saviour (Haaye! ) isn't with her, when she needs him the most..
So eventually, she gives up fighting.. And one wouldn't blame her for it.. Without him, she's as good as half-dead; a life sentence wouldn't have mattered much at that moment.
But what I don't understand is - why does she blame herself for his comatose state? Either it's just an irrational guilt trip, or there's more to it, which you haven't revealed yet..
Yeah, told ya, I may not make sense.. But yahan to Sherlock ki aatma ghus gayi hai mere andar.. 🤪

I was like that lump of dry earth, drained of all the water that once used to hold it together.
That was such an 'ouch' moment.. Kuch kuch hua, sach mein.. Why does love have to be soo painful..
(O wait, we're hopeless.. Sigh!
Anyhow.. The beginning couldn't have been any better.. The trailer set the mood, and what followed was sheer awesomeness! The scenes just played out before my eyes.. Sakshi's fear, pain, crumbling under the weight of realisations, and lastly defeat!
Poignant, heart-breaking and yet soo beautiful! ❤️ *Sniff*
