Mawaali means a rogue/ruffian. Jhuli refers to her habit of sitting on the swing (Jhula) 24/7 and not doing any work. Her own laadla pota doshu said her name should be Jhuli and she should be married to the swing instead of Dukhmukh. Since she is always abusing, spewing venom and trying to bully and intimidate others, hence Mawaali Jhuli 😎
