The thing is aise kam karne ke time hamesha ek se bhale do aisa mindset hona chahiye. Main to hamesha mere husband ko sath mai rakh kar he aise kam karna prefer karti hu . In place of signing papers in rush , better to ask them to wait or come on some other time . Itna toh sab bankwale customers ke liye karte hai.

Muje ek se bhale do bank ke kam ke liye isiliye sahi lagta hai may be because I am not from commerce background and these are not routine procedures for me so bahot precautious ho jati hu.

@bold - Anu had all the time to waste on dance prep & program. But she cannot wait for another hour for Varaj to return from the market. Even an hour of waiting would cause several days of delay in getting the loan. What logic is this? While signing the papers, the innocent/dumb act she was doing was so irritating.😡

First of all Anupama can't sign mortgage papers as property is on babu ji's name.

Second no bank will give loan on property where tax has not been paid. As the property will be sealed by govt and bank can't recover the loan by selling the property.

Anupama is taking the loan not giving. So there is no question of fraud. But these ppl wil definitely show some stupid fraud scenario.

Only loss a borrower suffers is high interest rte and heavy processing fees which too is mentioned clearly on bank's website.

Again one more moral lecture will be heard from anupama and whole shah parivar will do some nautanki.

Basically what she did was signed up as a guarantor for someone else's loan without even realising it, that's the only explanation I can think of. So now they have to pay the tax amount along with the guaranteed 20 lakhs rupees loan amount which they never received. However Vanraj has cctv cameras installed in the cafe right, so they can prove something using that.

It doesn’t matter whom she called etc , if you are unsure or don’t understand the things the minimum thing you should do is to wait till someone come because she was well within her rights.

Yes I was thinking the same about how the fraudsters would be caught. That night after those gundes thing, Samar and Vanraj decided to put CCTV cameras, but did they really do that.? I hope they did.! But I am quite unsure if they will show anything like that. Inka har solution bhashan hi hai. Detective giri nahi dikhate yeh log ;
